I like to do a 'Hit and Run' tactic when playing Rogue and with another stealther, no matter the class. Especially vs duo DPS it can really work, sometimes even vs Heal/DPS. I go in solo with some defensives, push them to use some CDs - my partner waits in stealth, I simply Vanish when it gets hairy and they're standing there with their pants down basically, having used many or all CDs. And then we can just pick them off.
I might for example go in, use only Evasion+Vanish, Cloak of Shadows perhaps, and then maybe chug that Crimson Vial to recuperate a bit while in stealth. Sometimes they pop all CDs, while the two of us basically still has everything. At that point it's game over.
I remember one game vs WW Monk+BM Hunter. I went in solo, poked them a bit, they used ALL CDs, I used Evasion, waited for them to enrage and then simply hit Vanish and ran off. My partner was waiting in a corner (to avoid getting hit by AOEs etc), 10 sec later we jumped back in and we could just collect an easy win.
