DIY Paludarium How To Update

- This video is the life of the paludarium since I built it. Paludariums offer the best of both worlds having a aquarium and land section creating an amazing ecosystem. My original idea was to do this video a little differently. But I ended up having to move it for an upcoming large build in the reptile room. So, I had to tear down parts of the enclosure and reassemble it. I'll go over some of the adjustments made in doing so along with frequently asked questions on the original video.

Whats that sealant you used for the pvc.
Pvc Solvent cement does the trick.

Did the tree frogs and gecko not stay in this paludarium?
I ended up rehoming the geckos (they started to multiply quickly. Unfortunately, 1 of the tree frogs passed, and the other one was camera shy 😆.

What about the tree frog and gecko from the original build video?
Unfortunately, one of the glass frogs passed. And I couldn't find the other one when recording, found him shortly after. They are good at hiding, lol. I removed the mourning geckos. They started to reproduce a little too much

Yeah, I have a few different ways on how to make them. Check out the video with the blue tree monitor on the thumbnail, and it also has the text "not your average vivarium"

The bulkheads are 1/2???
Yes, the bulkhead has an ID (inside diameter) 1/2 inch & will fit a 1/2 inch pvc pipe. The OD (outside diameter is a little bigger
