Change is difficult. Big hugs to you! Fingers crossed this is a good fit for you. You are such a thoughtful and dedicated educator. It would be a shame to lose you as a teacher. I didn't realize this was a career change for you. What was your previous career? I had a pivot too! When I lived in the US I worked for a non-profit residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. When I moved overseas to Turkey I switched to an ESL teacher. I love helping people- it was a natural fit for me here. Have a great weekend! I'm rooting for you. You should do a Q&A video.
I definitely understand loving the students and job but needing to change districts due to other reasons. I did that three years ago after being at the same school for eight years and it was hard. But it was best for me and I don't regret it. I hope you like your current position enough to stay or something that interests you within the district comes up! You've had so many changes this year. How stressful! I also want to ask about the girl in PE. She is getting a bad grade because she doesn't have the right pants? If her family doesn't have the means to buy them, I feel like that's pretty harsh. You are so kind to get her leggings!
@@resource_resilience that was exactly my thought too that’s why I grabbed a few pairs of leggings. Thank you! I’m hoping for the best. So far so good. 😊
Wow! Elementary to Middle school is a huge change. I did it a few years ago. Middle school is so different from elementary. The students can be the best or worst. They are little kids in big bodies. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for your kind words I appreciate you so much 🥰 I worked as a case manager in the social work field before becoming a teacher ♥️
