    The other day I deposited some money via the banks drop box. When the money was deposited into my account, I noticed it was less than what was placed in the envelope. Taking a closer look, I was charged a deposit fee of $9000. Suffice to say I was flabbergasted. The banks and their fees are something else.

    • @lloydb3253

    • @Starlink_Speedtest
      @Starlink_Speedtest หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      @lloydb3253 It's crazy. What's even more irritating is NCB and their ABMs. Firstly, the deposit limit is 150k daily and the machine might just choose to spit out your money just because it feels like it. Then you have people behind you complaining that you're taking long. When you go into the bank, you're lucky if you see two tellers and they move so slow. And they seem to take an awful lot of breaks. I swear bank tellers must have a 10 minute lunch or bathroom break every 45 minutes.

    It's very touching to know that the banks use your own cash money to hand out loans and benefited from your own money.....
    Some people are on hard times either they lost there job or some family member who use to hold up the family drop out, now you becomes the main provider forcing you to withdraw from doing your little saving with the bank for a little while until you straighten things out
    When you return back to the bank to start back your little saving $100,000 now becomes $$50,000, this is so much unfair for the people of this country...
    Glad to know that someone hear the cry of the people.

    That should be illegal because I had USA$500 and when I was ready for it they told me that I owe them I was flabagasted because I wanted the money to prepare to get a work at the time so that should be illegal they already making billions from other fees so why should ppl bank their money for future use if they are going to loose it all and then in debt with them .

    So nobody concerned about the unilateral transfer of consumer wealth to the state? 15yrs? Should be 15yrs after death if no living relative has been identified. The burden of proof should be on the government to prove they have exhausted all efforts to find a living relative before they can reap your returns. As for the banks, it is simple, a fee should only be charged where a service is rendered. If you didn't provide a service, you are not entitled to a fee. There is no such thing as a dormancy service, hence there can't be a dormancy fee. Only when you add value can you charge a fee for the value you added. Bank Execs - Remember God naa sleep!

    Banks need to inform the customers about their service fees and the different types investment portfolios that will quite often offset the service fees when they notice that large sums of money are being deposited, but of course, that would be too noble.
