Hi Elle Legant, We're not allowed to answer questions here on social media. But you have some serious questions that can only be answered by an attorney in your state. By providing them the paperwork, the details, you'll find out what your options are. Thanks for your question & for watching our video.
I’m in the trucking business so what if a broker lied on my company and said I tried to file on there bond and steal 13k from them ,, which is straight lies so can I go after them
Hi and thanks for watching. Every case varies so it’s important to speak with a skilled, experienced attorney with whom you may share all details of this situation. Thank you for your comment.
So is it Defamation if someone gets sued for anothers' debt? For context the debt owner lives in another state, has no ties with Florida, judge refuses to dismiss even though its the wrong party, no jurisdiction and the actual party never gets served?
Hi Moonmoon, It sounds like a confusing problem. The only way to clarify who owes or who doesn't, would be to get all the papers in front of an attorney in your state. It may be a mistake, it may be correct. But all paperwork would have to be reviewed, identities clarified, court documents reviewed. Thank you for watching and best of luck to you!
Hi Ruth Osornio, Interesting question, but not certain of your meaning. An email that is true and factual is what you seem to be stating. This question, with any others about defamation, libel, or slander would have to be answered by an attorney in your state who has all the facts, details, "the proof," and the email recipients. Cases are fact specific and each case is so very different that it is important to speak with an attorney who you trust and are confident has skill litigating cases like this. Thank you for watching and for your question.
Hi Explorin' Jenkins, As in any case, the client would need to meet one-on-one with an attorney in their state. Unfortunately, we can't address issues via social media, however, we appreciate you watching the video and for your question.
