Unfortunately, there is a process you need to follow. Judges may give leeway to pro se but generally speaking, this may not be the complete solution you are looking for.

Once published, the party (plaintiff) that disagrees with my writing has one year from the publication date to take me to court is what I gathered from your video. Then, after one year any allegations will be considered null and void. I am in California. Are there any nuances or loop holes in which the plaintiff can still take me to court? I don’t want to give too much private information out in public, but there are events in my book that I have endured that includes certain actions done by individuals that can argue that what I say is false. So if the 1 year SOL under California protects me, are there any loopholes in which these individuals can come after me?

A common harassment tactic, utilized win big money is put out to suppress an activist, is for the paid harassers to get on the Internet pretending to be that activist, and then making extremely derogatory anti-Semitic comments. If the money is big enough, we are perhaps more than $500 is being spent, it’s not hard to find somebody who lives near the activist in real life to go make friends with him, and then get his fingerprints on a blank piece of paper, Then use that paper to print out some highly anti-Semitic article. The activist’s signature can simply be photocopied from an existing document he actually did sign, and then printing it on the anti-Semitic article which utilized the paper he has his fingerprints on. These are actually not hard tactics for an experienced harasser to engage in, And in this post we need not even begin to go into the miss use of telephones combined with audio clips of other peoples voices. Mainly this is done not just to make a person look crazy, but to drive a person crazy. Certain members of the lawn Forssman who investigate this form of highly subversive harassment can themselves become so confused or depressed, that they resign and go on disability for depression. This can and must be countered if our nation is to continue to be a first class nation. New laws are needed to prevent this type of harassment of law abiding activists who are not racist or hateful in the slightest. There are certainly ways to counter these subversive harassment tactics. A lawsuit is awarded to the plaintiff without the defendants knowledge. The judge grants the plaintiff to take their websites and attorney states the granted lawsuit. Defendant finds out there was a lawsuit by their site being taken from the defendants attorney. Defendant appeals the case and the case gets dropped. Plaintiff refuses to give back website and continues leave false information on the websites ruining the business. It has been many years past. What can the person do to have the false information removed when the attorney refuses to give back the websites.

The elements of a defamation claim are: (1publication of a statement of fact (2) that is false, (3) unprivileged, (4) has a natural tendency to injure or which causes "special damage," and (5) the defendant's fault in publishing the statement amounted to at least negligence.

"No Publication"? Not so sure about that one.
If I say something slanderous to a third party (but I don't publish it) it's still defamation.

Upon reading the nutty letter, that businessman simply cuts off all ties with that activist because he thinks the activist had sent that nutty letter, when in fact the activist did not, and doesn’t even know it was sent.
Nowadays with the Internet, it is much easier to pretend to be someone else and then send out dozens of highly inflammatory, completely crazy emails from the activists computer, where his friends and business associates receive them and then begin to cut off ties, again because they think the activist has lost his mind.
A common harassment tactic, utilized win big money is put out to suppress an activist, is for the paid harassers to get on the Internet pretending to be that activist, and then making extremely derogatory anti-Semitic comments.
If the money is big enough, we are perhaps more than $500 is being spent, it’s not hard to find somebody who lives near the activist in real life to go make friends with him, and then get his fingerprints on a blank piece of paper, Then use that paper to print out some highly anti-Semitic article.
The activist’s signature can simply be photocopied from an existing document he actually did sign, and then printing it on the anti-Semitic article which utilized the paper he has his fingerprints on.
These are actually not hard tactics for an experienced harasser to engage in, And in this post we need not even begin to go into the miss use of telephones combined with audio clips of other peoples voices.
Mainly this is done not just to make a person look crazy, but to drive a person crazy. Certain members of the lawn Forssman who investigate this form of highly subversive harassment can themselves become so confused or depressed, that they resign and go on disability for depression. This can and must be countered if our nation is to continue to be a first class nation. New laws are needed to prevent this type of harassment of law abiding activists who are not racist or hateful in the slightest.
There are certainly ways to counter these subversive harassment tactics. In fact, counter harassment measures probably need to be studied by everyone who wants to get involved in serious activism to help make society better. 😀

I'm being sued for defamation for someone else's blog. I'm being wrongfully accused. I can't afford a lawyer because I'm low-income and recovering from multiple surgeries. It seems impossible to get help. Can someone with money just sue someone else without money and get away with it?
A lawsuit is awarded to the plaintiff without the defendants knowledge. The judge grants the plaintiff to take their websites and attorney states the granted lawsuit. Defendant finds out there was a lawsuit by their site being taken from the defendants attorney. Defendant appeals the case and the case gets dropped. Plaintiff refuses to give back website and continues leave false information on the websites ruining the business. It has been many years past. What can the person do to have the false information removed when the attorney refuses to give back the websites.

I went to the Branch Manager with a claim that Im being harassed my supervisor sent me home because he thought I was stressing out when I said no he told me to do what he said. In your description, you forgot the word “unprivileged”. Some defamation is privileged. It’s literally called the litigation privilege.
