For the past 20 days they have not serviced the battery and they don't have a spare battery. I unable to use this vehicle and started loosing confidence about the vehicle. Now I realised that I would have gone for Ather.
Yes bro amphere and similar ev company just buying battery form china and label thier name and providing us a new vehicles. They will not help on battery service .

Ather doing biggest Scam in EV industry Ather always collecting full amount for full capacity of battery Price from government subsidy and customer But in lower variant not giving the full usage Of battery locked the almost 30 percentage of Battery 450x and 450 Plus Both same capacity battery but customer usage capacity is different Ather not giving the 450X full amount bill In Ather showroom told ₹20000 will give separate bill on delivery time

And ather uses 21700 type of cells is one of the highly advanced cells...all ev companies include ola nowadays use of 18650 type cells...ather before 2year they upgraded it and uses more advanced technology...

I ll give my understanding of opportunistic charging Ie charge whenever u have time Like this I charge up to 90 percent use it for a while ,now charge comes 70 ,now I don't wait for charge to get down to 20 ,instead I ll refill the charge from 70 to 90 again ,likewise i frequently charge it whenever I find time , without bothering about ideal depth of discharge . Is it fine ? As it will reduce the heating issue n manages the range as well.
Many of the dealers are not able to give a proper reply to our queries and they do not even know about cell balancing. They will check the voltage only and give back the vehicle. This is the reality with some exceptions.
