As soon as I saw Unicorn Stump, my first thought was to grab BoV with death cert. Unicorn stump is a one item break with bethany, and a fun one at that. Then all you need is nine volt and flight and you're good to go run into things as you like. I don't get why I don't see youtubers go for that kind of break more often. Simple, unique, fun, all the stuff that makes good content.
It's good seeing these runs, glad to see them every day. --w-- Though, it's worth keeping yourself in check and getting rest, even if you're late on streaming and/or uploading these runs daily for us.
Remember to pick up use items before rerolling them, rerolled back into a few of them like Mr. Me Pretty sure picking up the item once will stop it from appearing again later into the run.
I think the only time I ever thought cursed eye was genuinely good and not annoying was with T Lillith because you can auto fire it with gello. Very good combo.

Here with a PSA: Do not under any circumstances pick up Guillotine and Transcendence at the same time. Just lost my best ever Tainted Keeper run because of that item combo.
@@Joplys Guillotine turns Isaac’s head into an orbital, making it kinda tricky to keep track of where your hitbox is. If you can keep track of your now headless body, you should still be good. Transcendence gives Isaac flight by turning his body invisible, leaving him as a floating head. Both together means you have almost no chance of keeping track of your (now invisible) hitbox, especially during higher intensity boss fights like Delirium, Mother and Mega Satan.

I have f-ed up worse I had trisagon reflection continium and pop and it was very op (the damage was still kinda bad also I sow a sow but didn't take it cuz the dmg was already not that good but the fire rate was decent) and then I got brim and it looked like a turd it had no range and it was straight up garbage (greedier)
why do you always upload so late?, not judging or anything I'm a night owl to an unhealthy degree. but i am always on shorts and see you video pop up at like 11-12

Most recent item break I did was “It Hurts” comboed with Rock Bottom and (almost) infinite self damage
I've also seen this in a video with Sharp plug+placebo+full health pill+It hurts, not rock bottom, but, at any point, you can self damage all time
