Use azazel, judas is aftee u beat satan and hes good., beat mother once u can cus you need to beat her to progress. It is hard tho, i only did ittoday with a tractor neptunusflat stone cricket synergy, and also trisagion.
You should've pick it hurts up since you are hurting yourself with sharpplug anyway and it hurts gives you 0.40 tears up everytime u get hit which would be devided into other stats due to libra great video tho!!

only started playing repentance recently, basically brand new to Isaac and my 3rd run I managed to get a 2020 in my item, got an angel deal from sac 2nd floor and got sacred, and randomly got magic mushroom from a shroom blowing up on caves 2 : D (I beat mom!!!)
Feel free to try other rougelikes similar to Isaac I'd be happy to watch since it seems you're dedicated to learned games well. God I hope that doesn't come off as an insult
tbh isaac is pretty much the only game of this genre that i enjoy lol, it's very hard for me to get into new games but you might see some more "variety" content in the near future
