- I had to escape Istanbul, I desperately fled the European city in search of paradise. I took the Turkish high speed train from Istanbul to Konya where I had no idea about the bus schedules. A random taxi driver managed to take me to the bus station in Konya and I caught the last bus moments before it departed to make our way to paradise in Turkey. The 5 hour bus ride through the taurus mountains was very pleasant on the eyes. Our destination was Alanya, a paradise on the Mediterranean Turkish coast with cleopatra beach, a beach where queen cleopatra herself is said to have bathed in. The city of Alanya is full of treasures such as a seljuk shipyard and the Alanya red tower with it's own castle on top. Travelling Turkey via train and bus is something one must do while visiting to see the country in another way

hey brother! loved the video. as an istanbulite who is originally from antalya, gazipaşa (a town neighbouring alanya) i would suggest anyone to take the road through taurus mountains. also great beaches and bays in the coastal region. i strongly suggest you to go to ''delik deniz'' or known as ''kral koyu'' (kings bay), which is located in the village where i am from. if you go there, i would ask you not to post the video but enjoy yourself. sadly, since the bay is crowded, we don't want the place to be overcrowded lol.
