There's thousand of bazaars and stores all over the country selling knock off counterfeit shoes, shirts, jeans, sun glasses and purses. We decided to buy a suitcase and fill it up with as many fake designer brands as we could. join us as we bargain our way through Turkey.

Last time i was in Turkey i bought a knockoff Adidas Tracksuit for around 10 pounds sterling this was around 25 yrs ago and I still have the damn thing it won't die just goes to show that sometimes knockoffs can be just as good as the real thing !
As a Turkish i tell you a secret when a salesman look at you, your age, what you wear, and your sales price is set, they ask you where you from to test your how much you can afford, if you say half of they are asking they still make at least 50 - 70 % profit. lastly you need to be careful what they put in a bag, last minute swiches happens

LOL "spas" for thanks is not Turkish. The shop owners which sell fake things are mostly kurdish. So in Turkish thanks can be "Sağol" but you don't pronounce the letter Ğ or the other word would be "teşekkürler".
No - "spas" is an abbreviated form of spasiba. It's Russian. He could be Georgian, Dagestani or Chechen. Or who the f knows, not Turkish though....
