I have one of these managing temperature and facial recognition for access to a 600 person site. Also using the third party database integration to send time and attendance data to a sql server. Our bespoke HR T&A system then sorts out the attendance details. Also using it to call a central PC running ivms4200 to manage exceptions. Very impressed with the performance. For this model. When you call the indoor station using the call button. Can it be programmed so that it calls the ivms 4200 directly instead of calling either indoor station 1 or 2 as most users don’t know what to enter at the door.

Because problem is that when someone call to the indoor station, the camera activate on the indoor station. Work perfect, only the camera visibility on the indoor station is so short. Like activate wrong camera. And your indoor station has a really wide angle. The distributor haven't solution for this problem.. Can you help me with this? Is this a firmware issue maybe? If you like I can sent you some pictures to compare what I mean

Hi Chris, I have added the unit to HIK-Connect and it does show log information, but not who , just face recognised and the time , so not much information from the hik-connect log sorry , it allows you to view video and open the door from the App

There's an option in the ivms4200 software that allows you to send records to a third party database. It's fairly limited but you could write some basic function to push the records into your CRM in the format you need.
Hi Ron, it would depend if this was in the FOV and how close , the thermal FOV and distance is quite focused so not seen any issue so far with this , but I don’t know the installation scenario so hard to comment fully ☹
@@DVSLTD the place these are getting installed didnt want them in a vestibule to control the doors because it gets hot when the wall heater is on in winter. They think it will not read correct. So there putting them inside next to the timeclock. I think it defeats the purpose of a sick person entering the building.

You are using ivms4200 3.2.5 (Is this version published)new version on site is 3.2.1.6 which says is latest version which i have installed but I cant see temperature data anywhere other than the actual device. Logs on device do but IVMS monitor and events logs don't show temperature captured. Can i view off device recordings of temperature from minmoe thanks Alan

Hi can you connect the built in wiegand card reader to any other access control system so you have to swipe you card and tempt check face mask check and the it will open the door. I want to connect it to another access system
They advertise this in their user manual but I can't get the device to display the response that is returned by an external access controller. It only sends the card number over Wiegand if the card number matches a user locally on the device (or the face matches) and always says access granted even if the external controller returns an error signal. I'm not sure what the point of supporting external access controllers over Wiegand is if the device isn't going to listen for the response (the door access control will physically work but it will look weird if a user is denied by the controller since it always displays access granted). I'm currently trying to get in contact with someone at HikVision to see if I'm doing something wrong.
So this MinMoe was connected to an NVR? What about the stand alone MinMoe stand and unit? Is that wired and hiding cables are necessary or is there a wireless option on the unit?

I saw the same issue when I changed the IP address from the default of 192.0.0.64 to 192.168.1.64 - If I tried another address in the range, then the issue disappeared (works with 192.168.1.9, 192.168.1.63, 192,168.1.65). How odd.

Yes you can add a Jpeg via the ivms when creating the person record , but it’s more accurate when the face is recorded via the terminal 😊

In Event Management you just have to go to the device and enable whatever events you want to trigger an alarm or notification in ivms.
