Hi David. I bought and installed this terminal. Am facing facing logging in and oout challenges. The raw data will show a log in and log out record but the attendence report will not show both logins and have a correct calculation of hour's worked

It's a great video but few things were clear and explained, we have the same device but is there any way that I can exclude a person from the attendance status required? like if the person comes terminal scan face and allow him check-in or out with asking attendance status
if enabled on the device itself it will be for everyone sorry , if you use the software you can make a group
Can you explain How can a guest without access make a call and people give access using hik connect through mobile phone
in short its to much to write up but you can login to the terminal settings page , under shortcut find “ hik -connect “ and turn this on , then when someone chooses the call symbol it will then call the linked hik-connect account , they can then talk and open the door
Hi there, the video is helpful. I have a related question. I recently bought a K1T805MX. In the ivms-4200 (under Access Group or Monitoring), the Door1 under the card reader won't even show up as an Access Point. Do you know the reason? Thank you for any help.

Can this device also use for like a doorbell? Can every guests use the doorbell button function or is it difficult?
it can call indoor station yes but its not as simple as I would like
Can you Open/Close the door and personalice a display message according the result you get from a web API?

Looks like just what I'm after - if only there was a simple doorbell feature! Has anything changed in that regard? It's something they can bring about in a firmware update.

@@DVSLTD Hmm I just watched another video that showed its possible to remove the other shortcuts on the main screen and make the call icon directly ring the indoor station. Does that sound right? If it's a single button press that could work.
@@veryboringname. Yes on latest firmware you can have he call icon call the app , indoor station , software direct on one push that is correct

you can export the data to USB , please insert a clean usb into the device and then in the menu of the device there is export option 😊
Hi David..... How do I add This Access Control deveice to Hik-Central where do I find the correct IP Address .... we already have the license and everything else sorted
if you use the search function on HIK-Central under access control device tab it will also show you the unadded devices on the same network and you can change / add the IP address there, SADP also is a tool you can use on laptop to find and set this or you could login to the unit reader locally , then under setting / network you can also see / edit the IP address 😊
@@DVSLTD The divices is not on the the same network.....I want to control the remotely within HikCentral is an External IP address needed with the correct port fowarding?

salut, et merci pour le commentaire, en fait sur le dernier IVMS-4200, vous pouvez le fermer mais le serveur d'événements est toujours en cours d'exécution dans la barre d'icônes du système pour recevoir des événements, mais s'il est complètement fermé, vous pouvez ouvrir le 4200 et aller à les journaux et l'appareil et récupèrent les journaux de l'appareil directement :)

Is this device work as stand alone device or need PC to get the time attendance ?
You can use it standalone but the easy way is installing our Free IVMS-4200 software on a local PC to run and export the reports 😊

Its because its set to temp check only most likely and needs to be changed to authorisation mode

the unit has a tamper event for the software itself does that help?

Is there an icon in this model with coffee or break etc. How do you know which firmware to use for the time attendance? Thank You expert :)
@@rafixx12 yes when enabling the T&A on the unit itself it has the option to enable the break time function which can be used on the process of break outs, the 4200 can do the reports but I don’t have example I can send outside the video content, latest firmware is always advised but it’s a baseline function now T&A 😊
