FULL Tour of Moana Journey of Water - Disney’s Newest Attraction! Details, Splashes & Review 💦

- Join me for my first time experiencing the brand new attraction at EPCOT - Journey of Water Inspired by Moana, during annual passholder previews, plus a first look at the barges for the brand new Luminous: A Symphony of Us nighttime show coming to EPCOT! I bring you on a DETAILED tour of the entire Journey of Water experience, showing you all of the senses and sensory details, interactive portions, where you get wet and how you can stay (somewhat) dry if you choose, how we're learning about the cycle of water, finding hidden Moana characters in the stonework, how this attraction, and the interactive exhibits within it, actually work while filled with guests, the landscaping and just all of it! We also get a FIRST LOOK at the brand new barges for Luminous: The Symphony of Us, a new nighttime show coming to EPCOT in December 2023, this is the first time we've seen so much construction going on for this new nighttime show, so we take a nice close look at World Showcase Lagoon and what these barges look like!
Moana Journey of Water officially opens to the public October 16, 2023. I am also going to talk about what we think of this new addition to EPCOT, how it fits within World Nature and the edutainment park/ We shall see! EPCOT definitely... made way, made way!

Please, please, please go back at night! That attraction is just breath-taking at night with all the lights and water features. You'll love it! Also, had to laugh that one of the times you asked if you were missing any characters, your camera was directly pointed at Hei Hei!
I knoooow omg I saw it later when editing! When I was filming it I kind of saw something, but for some reason couldn’t see him! I also saw baby Moana when editing and didn’t see her in person. Can’t wait for this to open so I can do it day, night, whenever.
@@SuperEnthused LoL, that's too funny. I imagine you're seeing different shadows in person, so that makes sense why the camera might pick something up that your eyes don't. If I lived there, I'd be in that attraction every night!
What an amazing sensory experience! I can imagine this being very popular for those with sensory processing difficulties, or indeed individuals with blindness. Interactive entertain that's accessible across the board is so important.
I've seen a few videos in the Moana attraction, but yours is the best! Thank you so much for bringing us along! It's been pretty dreary in NJ lately and seeing the bright blue FL sky and how much fun you had in that attraction really brightened my day!

All I can say is, it's a good thing this is in Florida. If it were in Anaheim, it'd evaporate so fast they'd be losing insane amounts of water every day. At least there it's humid and rainy enough to be sustainable.
For sure, it’s because it’s recirculated water that it works. And of course being in Florida where it’s hot hot hot all year makes it work too.

Hey Jackie I learned about getting soaked at Castaway Cay. The rain was so hard they shut down the trams. Like 3 feet of water in the roadway and walk way. Heh.. Now we are both sick. But was worth it to play in the rain at my age. heh... Cheers!

Hi, 😮😃 This was the best, fun, and enthusiastic, and informative preview 😀 I love all you showed us and thanks for all the info. Moana Journey of Water looks amazing. I'm sad that Service Dogs can't go on wet path, I wonder why. I was looking forward to getting wet and enjoy it next year's vacation. That's a let down. I'll just have to tell my Sister to go on the wet path for me and experience it for me. Well, atleast me and my Service Dog will be able to see and enjoy a small amout of it, that really is a bummer. Anyway, it is still Gorgeous and informative and I hope you can see the characters in rocks on the dry path, I was looking forward to seeing them and take selfie with them. I'll have to ask them why Service Dog can't go on wet path. They get wet when it rains at parks, so what's the difference? Plus, most Service Dogs will have shoes on to. I'm very curious why. Anyway, when 8 go next year I'll ask and post the answer on my channel. Thanks Jackie this was fun to see. 😊❤
Multipurpose service dog handler here! I've never taken a dog to the parks (got my dog after the last time I went) but it's probably because they recycle the water back into the experience and dog hair clogs water filters.
@@ameliabrinker4814 . Oh, well I didn't think about the dog hair. I'm dumb when it comes to thinking about the dog hair. I have had Service Dog for 10 years now on my 2nd Service Dog and I guess I got so used to dog hair I don't think about it lol 😂. Thank you. Take Care
@@ameliabrinker4814 oh and I took my 1st Service Dog to the parks in 2020 and then my new Service Dog with my Retiring Service Dog in 2022 and they enjoyed the parks and had fun on the rides they can go on, which alot of rides. You just need to be sure to put shoes on them, it gets really hot on their paws, and have water for them. Also, I bought fans to put around their necks to keep them cool to. Most rides they can ride are in the air conditioning, so they didn't get to hot. Anyway, there was some helpful tips for you, if you go back to parks with Service Dog. Take Care

Thank you for the tips! I REALLY want to take my dog. I'm just not sure if it will end up happening. My dog doesn't love his boots but will wear them if he needs them (even if he does get pouty at me for it 😂) That's a smart idea! My boy doesn't like the heat so I'd probably have to do that. Moana area looks so fun. Disney did a nice job. They used their noodle putting a rest room nearby…with the water & all! 😅

"Cheers to whatever." 😂 Looks like a fun attraction especially for a hot day. 💦 I had trouble understanding why this is at EPCOT and not at Magic Kingdom or the Polynesian Resort, but then you explained how fits in with The Land and living seas attractions.
It could definitely fit at any other park tho to be fair, but the whole edutainment component is what makes it EPCOT.
I managed to stay spoiler free from online photos and other creators because I knew you would do justice to this new attraction! Moana Journey of Water, I think fits in perfectly to EPCOT! It's simple but has a lot of eye candy and sometimes it's good to have something simple instead of something all decked out with screens and technology.

This was such a cool addition to the park. It shows that you don't always need a ride to have fun! You clearly proved this by starting the vlog off very dry and finishing it absolutely soaked Lol! I love the interaction with every water feature, I can't play guitar very well, but I bet I could play some mean water strings Lol! so cool. I also liked how you were telling the water what to do like a doggie "Down, Down..Good Water" 😂 It all looks so fun and I can't wait to try it! Unfortunately the pass preview ends before I get there next week, and of course it opens the day after I come home Lol. Thanks for bringing us on the Journey Jackie 😁

I like the idea of walk through themed entertainment. Beats standing in line for 3 hours for a 5 minute ride.
Yea and I just like variety. Not everything has to be a roller coaster. Of course I always want more full, amazing dark rides, but other types of experiences are good for variety.

I got to do it on sunday during the AP preview. This is a fun way to spend a half-hour to forty-five minutes, and the nighttime version is fantastic.
The section at around 25:00, and 25:50, when you have the camera looking up, with the jets launching overhead, is great.
Honestly, I think they should have a similar feature in all the parks with the hot Florida weather. I’m sure this will be busy

Hello! I fell in love with Epcot version early 2010s. Bye Fountain of Nations. Bye Illuminations. Bye wide-open organized green spaces. Bye adult-leaning therapeutic park. I will always love you!
I agree, I love and miss all those things. I even miss light lab at food & wine festival. I miss old EPCOT, just also trying to enjoy it for what it is and hope that once all the construction walls come down, we’ll get something good.
That looks really cool Jackie. We went to Epcot on Saturday and it was slammed packed. That was our least favorite day this past week. Our best day was at Magic Kingdom on Tuesday. We tried to the strategy of going to MK on a party day. The crowds were very low, not empty but low. We went ahead and hot the Genie + and was able to pretty much walk on on most rides. We didn't make it to Jungle Cruise though. Lightning Lanes ran out. Wednesday when you were at Epcot, we were at Studios. It was a pretty good day there as well. Got another Genie + and did pretty much everything. We were given two free lightning lane passes because two rides went down after we booked our LL and our time came up and they weren't operating. So that allowed us to ride Tower of Terror three times! Twice during the rain storm. It was great. We will be back to Epcot the Saturday right after Thanksgiving, but only for one day, then head back home that Sunday. Maybe I'll see you then.
