Hi, i use the in the ear Samsung the White ear pod they give to u when u buy a phone.Or CLD buy them for 30$ for 1pair... Now they r on Amazon for 2pair 9.99! 1pair is ½ that, of course get the deal.I was running JBL's headphones (OVER THE EAR ,like a cup) but after a while they lost Umph....if i may suggest the in ear white and i cant hear anything, not even cat running around.Enjoy ur rest ,,its very important we get the right amount of sleep,if not we get crabby 😮 Good sleepin! I'd love a video like this deep brown noise one but as low as a foghorn. Really really low. A continuous deep foghorn would be great, if it interests you to make it 😁👍 I've found foghorn asmr videos but they've always got a seagull screaming on them 😫

This is the best sound against the constant summing noise i get to hear since some asshole in the neighborhood decided to get a heat pump.
This has a tapping sound in it...definitely couldn't sleep to it
