At least it‘s not the brown noise from South Park. Would be unpleasant looking for focus and NC, but all you get is crap in your pants.
      „Fun“ fact: In Germany „brown persons“ aren‘t referred to „POC“. „Brown person“ is a syonym for neo-Nazi.

Never heard of 'brown noise' before, and have only slept with White noise playing. This sounds/feels like I"m in an airplane cabin, in my opinion. Wow, I immediately feel a sense of relief (ironic that I would feel this way, being that I relate it to an airplane cabin) but it's fascinating. I"ll try this and the other Brown noise as well during work. thanks

We're thrilled you discovered brown noise and that it's having such a positive impact! The airplane cabin analogy is spot-on - brown noise does have a deeper, more immersive quality, which many people find soothing. It's perfect for both relaxation and concentration. We hope you enjoy using it during your work as well. Let us know how it goes! Day 2: only 2 hours :( work got the best of me. I will make up for it today

In the silent halls where rhythms clash,
All rappers paused, their voices hush.
From Mindful Frequencies, a unique stash,
Brown noise released, in a gentle rush.
Echoes of thoughts, in whispers merge,
A sound so deep, it sings a dirge.
Yet within its depth, a creative surge,
Artists in awe, as new paths emerge.
In this lab of sound, where silence is gold,
A noise was born, both fearless and bold.
The rappers stood still, their craft to behold,
For in that brown noise, a story unfolds. ✌️

To everyone who's studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
    • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸
( This comment isn't originally mine, but I think it can help a lot of people :) )

While I agree with most of this, I personally want to suggest some things that I believe are better.
You should not listen to music at all, but mainly degenerate music with degenerate lyrics that will gradually be implanted into your brain and warp your mental perception of society (this brown noise is fine to listen to).
When you study with music, you are dependent on that dopamine rush or pleasure you feel when listening to music.
When that dopamine rush doesn't satisfy you after listening to music everyday for so long, you turn to other things to fulfill that pleasure you once had, which ultimately leads to more distractions and a deviation from your study/work goals.
Additionally, just try to be focused for as long as possible, which means that if you feel like you can do more and work longer, do it. Don't take breaks when you don't feel like it.
There is no need to interrupt your work flow with timers, breaks, and anything of the sorts.
If you start your work at a responsible time, which may be hard for some people, and push through it, you'll be good!

people have said this sounds like being on an airplane or on the beach, but to me the first thought that came to mind is that I have been lowered into an impossibly deep cavern. I am at the lowest point of our Earth's techtonic plates, and if I dug any deeper I would meet boiling hot magma. But where I am, it's soft and empty and heavy. Millions of tons of rock and mineral are above me, compressing my body and making me feel comforted. Like every molecule of my skin is made of iron.

Hi! The term "Academic" in "Academic Brown" is indeed a nod to the scientific process behind creating Brownian noise. This process involves generating a white noise signal, Fourier-transforming it, and then adjusting the amplitudes of the different frequency components by their respective frequencies. This creates a deeper, more resonant sound than white or pink noise.
However, the "Academic" in our title also relates to our own unique in-house mastering process. We've fine-tuned the audio to create an environment conducive to study and concentration, making it ideal for academic pursuits. So, while it follows the scientific theory, it also represents our tailored approach to creating audio environments. 🤓

@@mindfulfrequencieslab this!! Thank you so much for your thorough response. I’m ever curious and I loved learning more about the process. Thank you for your intentionality as well✨
