I really enjoyed this. It was a real help for my insomnia until hour 6. At which time a McDonald’s ad blasted me awake like a trumpet to the ear. Why not hold the ad for a couple more hours, which would be a more optimal time to wake up?

Hey there is this app called musi(i hope they don’t remove it lol) its basically like Spotify but with TH-cam videos. It has adds but they don’t have sounds and only come up at the start of the video. You can also just close the screen and the sound will continue.

This sound....it sounds like something I heard in the 80s. In a doctor's office. This is what babies hear in the womb.

Coasting at top altitude, no turbulence, lights dimmed.
I had one bad dream after another listening to this last night. But I’m also dealing with some back pain so it’s more likely that that’s what’s happening. On the other hand, I normally wake up at least 3-4 times during the night and sometimes with the 1:00 am awakening it takes me an hour or so to get back to sleep. Last night I only woke up twice and fell back asleep in under 10 minutes each time. I’ll try listening to this again tonight. I just hope I’m not arguing with people again like I was last night!

Ok can someone please tell me how the different colour noises really differ because burgundy noise seems like a stretch
The frequencies of sound can often be thought of in a similar way to the frequencies of light (i.e. on a spectrum). Low frequency noise can be associated with lower color frequencies (e.g. red, orange, yellow) while higher frequency noise can be associated with higher color frequencies (e.g. green, blue, purple). The name of the color can help to signify what frequency you would be listening to. In this case burgundy is a darker color so I tried to make the sound dark and deep. Personally, I think the names are fun and can help to make the sounds more accessible. Myself, and other channels, think; @sound_asleep_asmr @OttosHealingSounds and @DJGrossman do similar things, if you are looking for something that I may not have here. That’s why there are tons of other sleep noise creators out there with literally zero ads except beginning and end. They exist. No point wasting sleep on creators that lie about not putting ads in the middle when there are others that respect the work they do and why people listen in the first place. To get decent sleep.

I got 6 kids under 8 years old. Each night one of the little brats is crying or yelling or having a nightmare during sleepy time. It’s so annoying! Now with this burgundy noise & my ear buds, I simply block them out. I wake up fully refreshed. Essentially the idea is that certain sound frequencies correspond to certain frequencies of the visible light spectrum. For example something like white noise is the presence of all sound frequencies the human ear can detect similar to the way white light is presence of all light frequencies the human eye can detect. Tinnitus is hell - 24 hours a day, every single day, all year long. 3 years now, and these types of sounds are soothing in comparison. I suppose if you don’t have to live with this special torture, these sound might seem strange, but trust me, they are soothing
