That's because Nintendo tried to recreate the 8-bit sprite of Mega Man in 3D without taking into consideration his lack of expression was down to the tech of the time and no one wants a Mega Man who can't emote beyond :| and :O. Even Mega Man 7 for the SNES shows off a much more expressive Mega Man.

Ditto. I love Zero but I love Roy too. And Roy already has an echo fighter. They could replace some of his moves with his assist trophy moves. As for his final smash, I'm thinking either Absolute Zero, Zero legends where he summons Zero (Z) and Aile Model ZX, or he could simply use Genmu Zero.
