@@juderoper1700 I’ve seen tons of bands live and the only two bands that can move crowds like that are slipknot and Korn. Upon a burning body is getting there and so is emmure but that’s about it lol
My best friend growing up loved this band. I did too. He committed suicide on July 15 2000. He was the lead singer of a local band. The band would play korn covers and blind was one of the favorites. They used to play the intro until Jonathan Davis screams are you ready and then stop playing. At my friends funeral his band played the intro but because Ben was gone instead of him singing we all screamed are you ready and then went silent. That’s the last memory he and I shared together. At least I felt like he shared it with me.
Im 91, Korn got me through my midlife crisis and I could not be happier for technology to allow me to playback the memories of my early teen years. I love you corn
1:41 those vocals, the music kicking in into the entire crowd jumping at once like a wave gives me goosebumps every time. Back when a concert was a concert ❤
Even after having sudden, life or death, brain surgery, back in September 2020, and with all of the memory issues that I have as a result of that surgery, I've never forgotten the first time hearing this song: 1994, at a school assembly. A friend asked me if I had ever heard of Korn, and I said, "no". He pulled out a portable cassette player/Walkman with some headphones, with a blank tape, containing Korn's Self-Titled debut album. I was hooked before this song was even finished, and I've been a fan ever since. I was just 15 years old that day, way back in 1994. Cannot believe that was 30 years ago now... that's extremely depressing...lol.
What I find incredible is that not only is this their best live performance of Blind, but they also did it as the last song in their setlist. If you're rocking out with even an hour long set, you get tired FAST. And if you don't take care of your voice properly, you can almost lose it by the end. Massive props to KoRn for that.
I love this Man .... I have to say I've been too over one hundred concerts in my life... And every one Electrifying... But to have actually be on vacation and in town and standing on the roof when Nookie was recorded live.. Will be the most memorable moment in my life. Next to getting my first peace of A$*
Ive never seen a band move crowds like Korn does with this one song. I saw them live and it went OFF when this song kicked in. People can talk all the shit they want, but Ive never seen 100,000 people jump like that before
I was 13 when this shit was released and I was an instant fan. For the next 7 years I couldnt go 1 day without listening to more Korn. Then The Deftones, Slipknot and Fear Factoty. Korn paved the roads for the Nu metal scene of the 90's.
24 Days!!! and than is Rock am Ring 2009 with KoRn! i have seen it 2006,2007, Jonathan Davis 2008 alone i play tour. THAT IS AMAZING! Best regards from Germany!
This is the wildest ahit & never gets old. I knew there was a reason I loved my JJ snares so much. They really stand out & shine in church when I play using those as my snare.
I remember when I was younger I always thought, “I’m going to concerts like that every day!”, too bad most bands fell off or aren’t even together anymore.
Happy for you and hope you will release the new project. Like Aric Improta, you've given manny a great show. I seen KORN and Disturbed around this time and it was one of my favorite concerts! No cell phones just vibrating building and floors! I’m little so I got to squeeze up to the front!
I was 6 years old when this happened so was probably practising wiping my arse or something but damn I wish I was born 10 years earlier to experience this live
Best "Are you ready!?" ever.
Yes !!! THE BEST !! agree !
Woodstock 99 was pretty insane
Absolutely, I was in that crowd, close to where the flare was. Still one of my favourite gig memories of all time
ARGENTINA BLIND LIVE 2008, THE BEST
hell yea
Korn are one of the only bands I know to get a crowd of that capacity to all be jumping at the same time. It looks absolutely outstanding

Hahaha i thought that too
lol. Awesome comment!
I've heard heavier but it's up there

I don't know what's better, this one or blind at woodstock. KoRn is incredible, what an energy, what a music!!!
Woodstock Blind is the best one dude
as someone who was at woodstock and watched them play this song, it's definitely woodstock
