Normally, I'd say "Great, another shooter game to throw in the trash." Clearly, this isn't the case. PvZ never fails to impress.

@@SansIsLost Probably wasnt gonna be an actual thing, just used to hype up the game. Though it very well couldve been a concept, the Zombot's model is still in the game's files.

This game looks absolutely beatiful. I can tell that its gonna have a bunch of sales and get a great review. A mix of strategy and motion. A mix of both is genius
When first saw this when I was 7 I knew that when the game finally released I want my dad to buy it and I am a big fan I love every single PvZ games
Damn Chomper used to have 200 health and he used to instantly kill you from the front instead of behind you Sunflower used to deploy 2 heal flowers instead of 1 Cactus use to deploy 10 potato mines and used to be invincible when activating her garlic drone and her ammo used to be 60 and finally Peashooter’s default bean bomb used to be the sombrero bean bomb and you used to be able to revive 5 times instead of 3😦
It's like a cursed version of GW1, except it could've been what we got as the game😳

I played the first when it was still in beta. I love the way how this game evolves but still kinda true to its roots. :D

The gameplay was different. Because the chilly bean bomb wasn't a regular bomb. They added the sombrero chilly instead of the regular.

Instead of being the backdoor commander in the previous PVZ, your actually an in-field commander in this new one. I like that concept, brings players INTO more interaction within the game (other than planting and stuff).

I am getting memories back of the Conker Multiplayer, except without all the blood, are they going to have objectives and MP Team Death Match as well?
... so this is pretty much Team Fortress 2's MvM mode with the CoD and PvZ branding.
More like a hybrid turret defense/third person shooter (Similar to Iron Bridage) with a class system.
MadDemon64 Orcs Must Die! + Team Fortress 2 rather.
Hardly any turret/tower defense mechanics though other than the "engineer/sentry" style class.

Ok this has been bugging me after I read some comments, and I thought I'd like to share it. A lot of people are saying that PvZ has gone to 'one of THOSE' games. The problem with that is that they aren't JUST working on Garden Warfare. They're also working on PvZ 2. I know I may sound silly to some people, but come on! This game was meant for younger audiences and other fans. And honestly, if people are complaining, 'it's one of THOSE games' then why comment in the first place? All people are doing are giving other people headaches. Scroll through the comments and you'll see what I mean when I say that the arguments are ridiculous.
Yeah, they're working on PvZ 2, Frosbite Caves was released some weeks from now! :)
