Please start listening to what Dan to say, following his songs. He is so down to earth and funny. You need to react to him singing Elvis' Trilogy (1st) and then him singing Elvis' Love Me Tender (2nd). He has a sweet soul with no problem showing his emotions and compassion for others. Love this young man.
Great reaction! \0/ I never heard the song before hearing Dan's version, but I LOVE that! Whatever song Dan sings, he has the ability to hear and understand what the original singers did, that made it so special in the first place. Then he gives it his all, and never looks back. He's like a musical chameleon. When he sings an Elvis song, he "becomes" Elvis in the manner in which Elvis sang that particular song...as when he sings, "Love Me Tender,." The title for that particular video includes the fact that it is Elvis' "orchestral" version. That's a very important difference from other times the song was recorded by Elvis. If you watch him sing "Dawn of Victory" WITH Fabio Lione, you will notice that he sounds almost exactly LIKE Fabio who's standing right there with him, plus they have the same body movements, though as if they are looking in a mirror. It's that kind of thing that gives him the flexibility that makes us all listen in awe, and ask, "How does he DO that?!" Now, when he and the Fearless band are doing their ORIGINAL songs, which are totally wonderful and fantastic (check out the 12-tracks of "Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom" on Spotify), they are singing them the way THEY wrote them, though they show elements of all sorts of different artists from over the years. When Dan is singing things he did not write, himself, on the other hand, he is not just singing the songs. He is paying homage to the people who DID write the songs. He may make little changes here and there (as he does in "Bring Me to Life), but only when it will improve the whole "image" that he is presenting, of the original. There aren't very many people in the musical world that can do that--at least not as successfully as can Dan--which is why people love listening to him sing just about anything. 😀
Dan can sing any song from any genre. So amazing that you enjoyed it and hope to see more from him on your channel soon. Thanks for your reaction and have a great weekend my friend. 🎶🌟🎶
Fun shuffle! Dan rocks. Check out the opera end if you haven't already: Nessun Dorma, Phantom of the Opera. His operatic training, musical theatre and years of perfecting his vocal expertise make his performances mesmerizing. His metal side in Dawn of Victory, Bring Me to Life (especially), etc use the talents you got glimpses of in Amazing Grace!
I too, was astonished when first hearing Dan sing this but one doesn't stop being astonished😉❤He sings from all genres and really puts new life in to them. Dan has songs from ACDC, Led Zeppelin, Metallica and Queen. Bohemian Rhapsody is a must! He also has an awesome 80's playlist. Even if you're a rocker and/or metal head, you'll totally do yourself a favour by listening to his Phantom of the Opera, Nessun Dorma, and Gethsemane, just a coupla examples. Glad that you were so impressed and hopefully we'll hear some more reactions from you🥲
Dan also sings opera, showtunes, and Disney songs, but better than the originals! Dan is just incredible! His voice is like liquid gold…well, no, because that’s the name of a furniture polish in the US, lol, but his voice is my favorite! ❤
If you want to hear his softer side, check out Loch Lomond and Scarborough Fair. His cover of Dawn Over a New World is one of my favorites. His cover of Bohemian Rhapsody is awesome as well. Have fun. My day isnt complete until I listen to Dan.
Thank you for your reaction. More Dan, please. Listen Bring Me To Life (Evanescence) and Black Wind Fire and Steel (Manowar) feat Luis Mariutti, bass guitar. IS INSANE. ❤ Rio-Brazil
A good choice for you to listen to is Dan and his band, Fearless, and their performance of their original work, Chronicles of Ancient Wisdom. Dan has a video of one of the songs, Tale With No End.
You'll get a like for your reaction, definitely. Dan also has a cover of the Guns & Roses song Patience, which he does in duet with Violet Orlandi. I think you'll find it very interesting.

Dan doesn't 'imitate ' he appreciates.

Sounds great, but to my ear he doesn't sound like Axl, more like Myles Kennedy's version.
