Camper Heaven But Which One.

Camper van heaven and a few caravans thrown into the mix, but what would you choose.
We look at a vw camper that is a great staring point into Motorhomes, we look at the next step up which is the autocruise Alto, then we look at some starter caravans and then some more expensive bigger caravans.

Crikey ! 150k . Always amused when i see campers and motorhomes going for big money with high miles. Underneath they're just a van with all the issues of a high mile van. Still saving for one of your caravans lol😊

It’s probably because it has been fitted the Air Awning Rail on the door opening side, can’t have both it both ways, the Air Awning being the more Versatile option which definitely needs the sliding door side.

My friend bought a vw t5 camper and then spent £7k purely on mechanical bits on his “ reliable vw” wouldnt touch with a barge pole

I tow a swift challenger with my Renault Trafic campervan like you say best of both worlds, thought we might encounter problems but we have been surprised how many campervan we see towing caravans.

I’m now considering changing my VW Transporter for a camper conversion now best of both worlds!

Yep that is it really, it's when we get people say they have a proper van conversion but it's not a proper manufacturer named one.

There’s no such thing as a Van conversion coachbuilt, a coachbuilt is just that, a purpose made body mounted into a chassis, a van with windows cut in the sides and a fitted interior is just that, a Van conversion, come on get with it…

It's just the difference of a proper manufactured van conversion and a Harry round the corner van conversion 🤣. So I like to say a proper manufacturer van conversion is like coach built, which it isn't but it's been done properly. Have I confused that. Even more 🙈
