YAOOOOO don’t know if you guys have gone over this yet but, I’m intrigued to know what you guys have to say about the Irishman’s de-aging in comparison to the deep fake for DeNiro that came out a lil while back! Much love
I'd be lying if I said I didn't think it was impressive but the age of the actors still really affected my immersion to the film. I mean like yeah they look younger, but not anywhere close to as young as they're supposed to be in certain sequences. perfect example being the flashback war scene where Robert De niro's characters supposed to be like 20 years old yet he looks at least 40 and moves like he's about 70. really it was the physical performances that really took away from the authenticity and believability of the de-aged actors. I mean you can use all the quite impressive de-aging technology all you want and try saying Robert De Niro is as old as you want - 40, 30, 20?? - but you can't de-age the way he walks and carries himself and like an old man, which when both combined together produce quite the uncanny visual experience. and this may be a hot take but I honestly didn't really like The Irishman, it wasn't bad but it was extremely boring and it just felt like Martin Scorsese trying to recapture that lightning in a bottle except with both Pacino and DeNiro but imho it was too little too late. and boy did I really want to like that movie but oh well it's not a big deal, score says he definitely has worst movies in his filmography. now the movie he's got in the works currently with Leo DiCaprio and Brendan fraser - killers of the flower moon or something like that - definitely has me quite interested and have high hopes for it

That one guy at 10:22 in between the yellow and white protest signs on the left:* BREATH*...
Nice catch.
I don't see it 😅
How long were you looking through this for that? xD
@@jameswood4676 I got to be honest, I spent WAY too long on that, like at least half an hour of staring at people's mouths...
@@tbotalpha8133 thx, I spent a while on that.
We've had "Corridor Crew Make Marvel R-Rated." Now for the ultimate challenge...
Make "The Boys" PG (Ok PG-13. I'm not a complete monster.)
"Well, well, well, if it ain't the invisible hoo-ha."
That's a pretty good idea!
Instead of blood and guts, replace it with confetti.

He was literally my dream guest. The Boys is a masterpiece in every way possible. It has the most creative deaths I have ever seen. This show is amazing, the effects are amazing. Period.
Thanks! It was fun. Really great team at Corridor!
@@StephanFleet 🥰😆😅 you guys are awesome
Is this show based on deaths like this .
@@donutt376 Well, I will say this. There are many gruesome, explosion like deaths in this show, but each one, is very unique and every death is the worst thing you have ever seen, until they show another death. And the cycle continues. But each death also has a very messed up psychological edge as well. You really have to watch this show. The story is brilliant. And it keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time.
@@ShrimpNation1 hmmm..but most of it is exploding heads ..btw I don't like such shows ... And I am not calling it bad . And also I am hyped for Marvel's phase 4 shows on Disney plus .
I can't wait to see the breakdown of "that scene" (no spoiler) from the season 2 finale of 'The Mandalorian'
Both "The Boys" and "Artists React" continues to impress. There are soooo many more VFX shots in this series I would love to see.
Wren: "Are we going right into the whale?"
Billy Butcher: "Yes, yes we are."
SPEEDS UP
Thank you for giving us so much time to react to the “graphic warning”
It was like they were channeling Billy Butcher for a second lol I can totally see him like "there's gonna be some graphic f***in stuff alright?" and than BAM
Call him back to talk about season 3 please!!! So far the VFX shots have been INSANE
I made an account now to take my time and tell you that i have been watching you for years now and you really helped me get through the time my mom passed away. Thank you and have a nice day!
Force for you my friend
Have a good day man
It was all practical effects
Take a hit at “Death Becomes Her”
1992, Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn, and Bruce Willis
Please please please!!!!
Still couldn't believe that was Bruce Willis idk who I thought he was. I only know him without hair
Here's a reaction suggestion: Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. Specifically the end scene with the Hollows as well as Emma's ability to control air.
Ooooooh I like that idea!
all these VFX studios did an amazing job, thank you!
Would love if yall did The Expanse next, another Amazon Prime show. It's set in space and does some excellent stuff on-screen
*everyone liked that*
"-7 degrees Celsius" sounds somewhat anticlimactic after "THE COLDEST DAY IN HISTORY in November".
LMAO. Exactly. That's a warm winter day.
@@graham5501 Yeah and those Canadians had to "act" like they weren't cold. Pretty sure they just weren't cold.
Ya, I was about to comment the same thing, like, awwwe, a hole -7 Celsius! That's a hoodie with a t-shirt under, no tuque no gloves warm winter kind of day, I laughed anyway haha! My grandmother used to go to Florida each winter, they would look at her like she was insane, swimming at the beach while they would be wearing a fall jacket that we would wear here in Canada.
Yeah, I figured he must have meant -7 degrees Fahrenheit... 🤭
The most disturbing scene was that... thing choking Mother's Milk.
The Boys' visuals are sooo good and amazing. Great series
Love Sausage? 😆
I think you guys should react to “The Expanse”
Really enjoyed that, thanks! How about a react video to some live action versions of cartoon action. I know you did Roger Rabbit, but I'm thinking The Grinch, The Mask etc where you see classic cartoon moves and gags but recreated as live action. Or maybe a festive / holiday themed effects one! Cheers!
'the mask' vfx breakdown would be good. love the content Gordon!
@@EpitomePax thanks! PS - I remember reading the Cinefex about The Mask, but having just rewatched The Grinch for the umpteenth time, I really enjoyed the way it looked very physical and real. I'm guessing a lot of practical effects with wire and other removals...
They actually did a small segment on The Mask in episode 6
@@rubenn.5389 I remember that too
@@rubenn.5389 yeah i think i remember that now! Maybe more of a festive or holiday effects react then!
Watching The Boys has probably been the best thing to come out of this quarantine.
Can't wait for season 3.
Yall, you gotta do The Expanse. I kid you not the show is amazing in every way
YAOOOOO don’t know if you guys have gone over this yet but, I’m intrigued to know what you guys have to say about the Irishman’s de-aging in comparison to the deep fake for DeNiro that came out a lil while back!
- but you can't de-age the way he walks and carries himself and like an old man, which when both combined together produce quite the uncanny visual experience.
and this may be a hot take but I honestly didn't really like The Irishman, it wasn't bad but it was extremely boring and it just felt like Martin Scorsese trying to recapture that lightning in a bottle except with both Pacino and DeNiro but imho it was too little too late. and boy did I really want to like that movie but oh well it's not a big deal, score says he definitely has worst movies in his filmography. now the movie he's got in the works currently with Leo DiCaprio and Brendan fraser - killers of the flower moon or something like that - definitely has me quite interested and have high hopes for it
WHERE ARE THE COOKIES????
You can have all the cookies you want!! I hope you are recovering well!
They had to be put down

"Graphic warning ahead" *doesn't give anytime to leave and immediately cuts to someones head blowing up*
Oh relax - it's not like there was anything truly traumatising, like (shudder) a pair of _boobies,_ or a lot of wicked cursing words . . .
that scene made Deadpool look PG
@@stickiedmin6508 that character is so important and they show her dead without giving time to quit 😂 the video is recommend for me and I just want to know what is it about, lucky that I finished the show.
Thank you Stephan! That was an awesome look behind the scenes of The Boys! Breath removal... wow. PHENOMENAL work by the entire SFX team.

Wren "graphic warning ahead

not even one sec later: SPLAT!
The boys is fuckin awesome with the vfx
Funniest part of the whale scene was Jack Quaid totally traumatized and then Black Noir just putting his hand on his chest to be sad
For a TV show this one is really good. All it takes is just a pinch of patience and hearing what the CGItech guys have to say.
They’re just adding more reason to love this show wtf ! I’m actually mesmerized on how hard working the team is. To actually build a whale and use it for both outside and inside shots is just crazy for a show. Usually some wouldn’t bother like they said.
"Turns out light bulbs aren't as bright as fusion!"

If Jack Quaid isn't completely drenched in blood at least _once_ in season three, I will be... _smad._

@@ThisIsCreation-FollowOnTwitter what episode and what happened?
@@downd.stairs2874 unless I'm forgetting another more bloodier moment I think he's referring to episode 7 when Soldier Boy and Huey encounter the nun and the priest
Ngl the scene where Homelander 'lasers the crowd' I was genuinely in belief that he had actually done it. So when it turned out he actually hadn't, i was mindblown.
Same. Great work on the show so far because you could really believe he would do something like that. Also the exploding head massacre had my jaw on the floor. Crazy show.
Would be amazing to have that happened in real life, the show would have had a twist so unexpected and shocking nobody would ever forget. Kinda like Parasite
I think it’s foreshadowing. This must be in his head as soon as he finds the first sign of opposition, it’s inevitable that he will blow up eventually.

The Boys surprised me for being good. Glad I took the time to watch it because it's something special
You need to react to The Mandalorian season 2 finale. You know what I'm talking about.
"The coldest day in Toronto it was like -7° out" ....All Canadians "that's cute"
I met a guy who was a legit mountain man fur trapper from Saskatchewan... he described the coldest temperatures up there as so cold, if you spit you hear it crackle as it freezes before hitting the ground. He would run this trap line up there with his kids, and they were the most badass outdoorsmen you'd ever seen and they hadn't hit puberty yet.
That is a little weird.
