I felt exactly like you did in Bali when I went to Ghana as a volunteer. It’s such a dramatic environment change, but such a beneficial wake up call for people!

@@CertifiedYapping304 I’d highly recommended! I personally went out with a local football community group of mine, we helped build parts of schools & also had some time in the classrooms teaching.

Wow, thanks for the video! I’ve been there couple of times and I have to say that it was one of the best times I ever had. Went there after I broke up from a very long relationship and yes the place is a gem! It makes me forget and let go of things I shouldn’t hold on to. I’ve been to a silent retreat in Portugal that was much harsh. 10 days, no talkings, no readings, no phones, 9 hours meditation combined, staff not allowed to talk to us, After 10 days I was a new person. Changed my life!

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,572 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
