  • In this video I introduce you to a FS22 plowing "cheat" that you may not know about, using the 6 metre - 9 metre subsoiler by BlackSheep Modding.
I also discuss NOT being the father to any teenage children, for the first time in about 15 years.
And then we finish off with me showing you what steering wheel I use for Farming Simulator 22.

great info ty, the ridges are called furrows, cultivator, prepares the fields for seeding, breaks up the dirt, rollers compact the seeds into the ground after planting.

That's great to know, thank you. Although I know that if you also roll before planting, then the status of the field changes to be "seedbed ready", from memory. A teal colour.

It works when going backwards. Hmm. If that was done in real life, I think all those shanks would be broken off! Or so I've heard. 🙂

Yes, but a nice little cheat when you only have small tractors, and need to plow a field, all the same.

What an interesting bug! Or is it a 'feature' of this particular mod? Did you try this also with the GIANTS-created ploughs?

Yup. Only works with this one. I think the modern simply overlooked the HP requirements for reversing. They probably assumed no one would try pulling it backwards.

Yes, but very worth it from the point of view of just doing something a bit different, rather than Canola, Wheat, barley, corn, repeat.
