Thank you for this info! I see Sleepgram offers their own case (at an extra charge) and am curious if a standard pillow case is thick enough to accommodate the 2 inner pillows and its pouch?
Do you have any suggestions for a non memory foam cooling, medium-medium/firm pillow?

Because the Sleepgram pillow is filled with a fluffy, easily compressible down-alternative, it would likely be able to fit in most standard size pillowcases. Though you might want to use a Queen size so the pillow has more room to breathe.
As far as a cooling pillow not made of memory foam, try the I Am Cool pillow from eLuxury (filled with 'Coolmax' polyester blended with cotton) or the Avocado Green pillow (filled with a blend of natural tree fiber and natural Dunlop latex). Both are designed to be breathable and help dissipate your body's heat while you sleep!

When opening the pillow, it recommends 24 hours before use...did you wait that whole time prior to review?

I bought this pillow for my husband and myself. I tried both blue and red. Too firm. Took red out to soft, no support. That didn't work. I took blue out and put just red in. Not firm enough. So the only way was putting both in. I sleep on my side, so it isn't that great. My husband got the same reaction. Suck. I wasn't having migraines, now they are back. Screw these pillows. I will just go out and buy regular pillows. Not going to hassle with sending back.
