You didn't say which firmness you bought. They advertise different firmness...."back sleeper/side sleepers" & j ust "back sleepers". Which one did you order???
Carolyn Glass the pillow is adjustable. It comes with all levels of firmness. You adjust it yourself. There are 2 pillow inserts in the outer case. One is for soft, the other one is medium and if you leave them both in then it’s firm. Hope I described that where you could understand.
Thank you, I am disappointed with my. I was like you, I expected a firm pillow to support my head and neck. The firm setting is actually really really too soft. I'm gonna have to return it. The only thing I like about the pillow is the pillow actually stay cooler than my other pillows at night. I've been looking for a pillow that stays cool, but this one is just not going to work for me. Thank you again.

Here's the problem with these reviews of Sleepgram pillows. None of them use a pillow case. The firmness of a quality pillow comes from the case. It keeps the material and filling to a fixed size. Otherwise it just spreads. While almost every review says they aren't firm enough, use a pillow case and they are without any doubt, wayyy too firm.
This was an unrealistic and untrue demo of how to use this pillow. Of course it will be flat if you don’t follow the manufacturers directions! Take the 3 pieces apart, fluff them in a low heat dryer setting for 15 minutes and THEN try inserting one or the other or both to get the size you want. What a difference!
You didn’t try side sleeping or sleeping on your stomach. You also needed to place it on a dryer to fluff the outer pillow to its full potential. Very poor review overall. Very, very poor.

I bought two pillows and put two blue tab inner pillows together in the pillow case. Best pillow I’ve ever owned.
How did you get both inserts in there. Mine are too fluffy

You get all three with your order. You just remove the inserts to adjust to your liking.

If you follow the actual directions from the manufacturer of the pillow, it is a totally different result. Works! So sad you were misled by this demo.

@@Ellipsis1771 this isn't an accurate review. It wasn't even fluffed or put in the dryer lol. It was literally taken out of the box and reviewed lol.

It's made in china and it costs too much I would pay 40 for 2 pillows and free shipping
They are USA made, and I paid $100. for a second set for a gift with out a problem!
