Don't think that's a pit token mate , I get a lot of them here in Nottinghamshire . The pit checks are usually brass with a number stamped in but no hole . And the ' pit tokens ' which are actually tokens issued by the Union to say that subs had been paid are copper alloy with various cut outs like letters or numbers mostly but can be heart shape or similar . Really interning ' workshop ' vid there mate ! Enjoyed it . Did you make the wiring for the battery or can you buy them ?

To get the green crust off. vinger and salt mix together sock coins check after few mins.leave longer if needed works great. also ultra sonic can work wel.l and yeah mate thats right they are considering banning the detecting which is a total joke the kids in summer dig bigger holes in the sand

Have you ever detected Spurn Point mate ?
I tryed last year but tides wasn't that great was just digging loads of aluminium.but i know of someone that had a gold hammared not to far from ther.
