WE HAD 16 DAYS OFF IN A MONTH DUE TO BAD WEATHER. THE RSE WORKERS GOT PAID HOURLY RATE BUT US FULL-TIME KIWI WORKERS DID NOT. WE STILL HAD TO PAY MORTGAGE, FOOD, RATES, FUEL, INSURANCE ETC. THE SOONER THIS "SCHEME" GETS AN OVERHAUL THE BETTER !!!
