We've just moved to 10 gallon batches. We're rigging a hoist system to pull a bag out of our mashtun. We use our old kettle to sparge. We're finding g the same issues to overcome. Works great.
I just brewed my second 10 gallon batch last weekend. It was another Saison base that I split into multiple fermenters...one with a Kolsch yeast! It is a bit more effort but twice the amount of beer (or 4x my common 2.5 gal batches). I had more trouble getting down to pitching temps with my warmer tap water temps though.

The specific music I selected sucks or music in general in a video sucks? I tend to not use much music these days in my videos.
