- Brain fog tips, eat lions mane mushrooms!! Maybe I can finally remember why I’m standing in the bathroom right now 🦄
Recipe:
First one -
1. Chop up shallot and mince garlic
2. Melt butter and add shallot and garlic
3. Add @hearteefoods mushroom
4. Add whole milk, chicken stock, salt, black pepper and parsley
5. Add noodle, pasta water and a splash of Parmesan 🤤
IT GOES CRAZYYYYY
Second one -
1. Stir fry olive oil, Mince garlic and chop up zucchini
2. Add @hearteefoods left over mushroom cuz they are biggg
3. Add miso, gochujang, chicken stock and a little coconut milk
