I've lived in Denver for almost two years and l've toured most of the communities that you've done videos on and your reviews are spot on. I'm actually apartment hunting now for my second place here. I totally agree with the in unit washer & dryer. I sold my home before l relocated to Denver so l knew that my place would be more than my mortgage. I live in a nice place now however l pay too much for what it is.
Yeah, I can relate. I feel that way about a lot of places! I feel like they’ve just increased the prices on all of rent. I can’t fathom paying three or 4000 for a one bedroom, but there are a lot of places that are charging that. I feel lucky w what I pay for rent but still think it’s too much for what I get
Im sorry I touch my hair every 10 seconds in this video lmao but do you guys like apartment tours like this too?? Or should I stick to "higher end" lmk!! ALSO sorry for maps portion w out the mic, I was in a hurry to get this up lol and idk where its at!
But then they have all these hidden fees which is irritating. The leasing lady said internet, electricity, water, etc. are “included in rent”…. What she should’ve said to be HONEST is “they are included on the bill when you pay rent”😑💀 there’s all these stupid miscellaneous fees that they charge to penny pinch the dear life out of your bank account. I remember when you could get a decent one bedroom in Denver for $800 and a studio for $500. Now they call everything “luxury” in order to over charge you for the bare minimum
I agree, I tell people to start adding $200 to the rent price to cover all of the additional fees! It is a little misleading, and when I first moved, that stuff was getting to me too! But yeah, they’re calling things luxury that are not luxury and not great areas. I really hope it starts to calm down a little bit, it’s ridiculous!
Yeah, I definitely agree. The houses have a lot of character though and they definitely are very cute! Kudos to your son for forgetting a house as well!
💩 girl I will pass on them all I can’t my ocd anxiety and depression be too high to even consider those places I can’t. I wanna move to Denver but I need to see some more hope 😂😂😂. I’m tired of California but I need more.
@@LuxurCr3Tv I feel this! I also cannot consider those places personally lol but I recommend trying to find like a brand new building because they’re gonna have deals to try and fill their apartments for example like eight weeks free and then you can break that up over your lease and make your monthly rent amount lower! The place I live ended up letting me keep that same price for the first three years, so that maybe a possibility too! Come to CO I think you’ll love it here!
I really need a 1b / 1B w/ in-unit W/D. I have a head injury disability. No pets. No kids. How can I find a Real estate Agent to help me with your apt ideas ? What is a credible contact for my apt search through your research results ?
I don’t personally have a contact myself. But I know that a lot of complexes do have accommodations for disabilities! I can definitely try my best to give you some ideas or places to look? Let me know 😊

Please keep making these videos. I’m a UPS driver that just transferred to Denver..looking for new digs
Yes of course!! I don’t plan on stopping 😊 welcome to Denver!!
Love when you do these.
❤🐾
Thanks girl! I love that you love them because that’s what keeps me going ❤️

Stick to higher ends
Do high-end as well as low. not everybody can afford high-end the reviews are still helpful
@@kadeib perfect, thank you for the feedback! 😊 I will include more of these

Blame the Texans, Californians and New Yorkers
Its “not awful” 😂 I can smell that first apartment through the screen 😂
😂😂😂 I had to be a little nice
Oh no, Tash, it is a vibe. It is a jail vibe. 😂
😂😂 that’s what I’m saying.
My son lived near Alameda St. He rented a cute enough house, but the area is kind of the hood.
Yeah, I definitely agree. The houses have a lot of character though and they definitely are very cute! Kudos to your son for forgetting a house as well!
Exactly. Anything that’s “affordable” is in bad shape or a bad neighborhood.
Trying to get a place at Cortland Alameda station. Not a great area but the building and apartments are gorgeous
I don’t know if I’ve been to that location, maybe I’ll check it out! I hope that you get it! Sending all the good vibes out there for you

Even that amount is still too high.
I agree! It’s crazy to think how much something like this would’ve been 5-10 years ago lol
The area is kinda not safe
I agree!
"A little too ghetto for Tash" lol
Yeah, I was not having it, and I really tried to say all the nice things 😂😅
I hate clawfoot tubs.
I think they can look good in the right area! Like it’s definitely got to be an entire vibe lol but I think most of the time I would agree!
Cockroaches in Denver? Wow, I've been sheltered. 🫶🌼
@@Amanda--- I love that for you! Haha they’re absolutely disgusting and terrifying 😂 thank you for watching 💕
