What she should’ve said to be HONEST is “they are included on the bill when you pay rent”😑💀 there’s all these stupid miscellaneous fees that they charge to penny pinch the dear life out of your bank account. I remember when you could get a decent one bedroom in Denver for $800 and a studio for $500. Now they call everything “luxury” in order to over charge you for the bare minimum

I switched to chai tea or a berry chai smoothie i thought of on my own i’m sure they are similar mine is a bit different.. I don’t get the ingredients much anymore sense it doesn’t lease me as long as i’d like it too.. how the heck would someone make icecream least longger but still make a thicker smoothie without ice or yogurt?? that’s been my hang up and i add in to much protein powder i’m thinking oats ??? any advice?? I really love the layout and the teal backsplash in the kitchen. Not a fan of the wall color, though, because it takes me back to childhood in the early 80s, where it seemed that everything was beige and brown! I agree that the windows are too small. I particularly hate that little sliver of a window in the living area! Floor to ceiling windows would have been perfect! The amount of calls you received is ridiculous and I wouldn’t want to rent from because of that alone and also for making you wait at the tour.

Hey girl! I have been watching all of your videos recently because I am graduating in May and planning on moving to Denver! I have noticed that we have the same exact taste LOL. I love the apartment you are currently in! It is so hard when looking from another state! I love all your videos and I am wondering if you had a few favorite apartments that you recommend to people? Maybe some that you know of/lived in with good reviews? I know you probably don't want to give away where you live now, but what area do you recommend most?

A friend of mine lives there. Great amenities but for his 1 BR/ 1BA, plus parking fees. He could get a house or condo 2-3 BR / 2.5 BA 2car garage, basement, yard and have $ for a lawn service, a monthly house keeper, and HOA if the necessary. It would be a nice place for empty nesters who are downsizing and enjoy communal living IMO.

I lived there for 3 years, elevators were always broken, for all 3 years. Mold in my apartment everyone's car was broken into all the time. I am so glad I finally got to move. I can't believe what they charging for that place now. Hopefully, they at least open the pool on time this year. If you google car theft that area is known for it. Only miss the walking paths. Also if you have breathing problems they will get worse cause you are right next to the highway. My apartment was always dusty and didn't know why till I moved. So don't open your windows. Also, you share your utility bill with everyone so your paying 120 sometimes or more.

yeah right $1000 for rent that's a load of crap this place is so bad I've had it with the people running this place just sent us a notice today for a inspection for tomorrow they don't communicate very well and they won't work with you with rent so don't buy into there BS

just give yourself a break and have a professional company clean it. They pick it up and deliver your rug and it is in excellent condition. I had my white wool shag cleaned in 2019-5 years ago and it only cost 150.00$. Using a comb is a bad idea as it pulls the individuals fibers and that energy weakens the fibers.The company now wants $ 225.00$ and that is fine. Next time I won’t get an off-white shag carpet because I never considered how dirty it would get, and the fact that my Roomba can’t vacuum such a thick shag carpet. And i am the on,y person In this apartment: no kids, no pets, no shoes allowed, but still, it gets dirty.
