Jade Lady Weaves The Shuttle - Yang Style Tai Chi (Taijiquan)

The Jade Lady Weaves The Shuttle technique. Also Fair Maiden Works At Shuttles, but I prefer Jade Lady to Fair Maiden. Anyway.
The technique itself is much simpler than you expect it to be, and this ironically can cause difficulties. If you're studying the Tai Chi 24-Forms (the Beijing 24), it occurs towards the end of the choreography so if you've been learning in a linear fashion, you may not have had the opportunity to get in a whole bunch of repetitions over time.
Once you've got the footwork and angles sorted, however, it may start to fall into place. I hope this tutorial is helpful, for those of you who might be struggling with this technique.
