You can see her right hand plays only the first of them, and the same happens in the repeat: 0:51 and 1:24. I reckon it's a setup. Having said that, I think she's likely to be very talented, if only to look so convincing in the rest of it, and her fingers do seem very agile and capable of playing to a remarkable standard. It would be interesting to see if anyone else has any observations to make on this.
I don't observe the discrepancy in the passage ending the first subject in either iteration, but some browsers will sometimes have the audio and video out of sync, and might misrepresent this fabulous performance. This sonatina is unique in that it does not technically have a transition between the two exposition subjects, i.e., there is no gradual key change from tonic to dominant: the two chords ending the first subject are still in the tonic key (C), and the second subject begins suddenly in the dominant key (G).

Nevertheless, her right hand stays raised in the air during the second tonic chord on both occasions, as if were written to sound an octave lower. I'm delighted for her that she's stepping into her talent, and that she's getting the support of her family, friends and wider public to develop it to its full.
