    Hi Callie,
    I have been feeling so guilty about not having anytime the past month with finishing university, moving into a new flat, graduating and starting my new job within three weeks. I’ve been feeling really down and self conscious about my body and decided today was the day to start doing something about it. You’re amazing and made me feel so worthy of every with all of the affirmations you said throughout the work out. I definitely happy cried a few times throughout this workout as I feel I can be worthy because I showed up for myself. I shall watch your videos for the rest of time. I am a forever sweaty. Xxxx

    I tried doing cardio, it was to fast so I came here, started sweating at soon as we hit downward dog, I love this workout thank you so much Callie! My friend Sophia told me about you and I can’t thank her enough I love your workouts

    I usually do your other 10 min workout for beginners and this was a lot faster but it was so much fun. Such a great upgrade, my whole body feels so energetic and I love the support and motivation you give in every single video. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou. Loving your videos

    This workout has really become my go to for times when I am feeling unmotivated, short on time, or have fallen out of my routine. The positive vibes are immaculate and I hit all parts of my body without feeling defeated💚
