I grew up in this neighborhood my grandmother lived on that street I lived on 3rd Street and 4th Avenue 301 3rd Street in the sixties and early seventies it was a slum back then. It was a rough neighborhood in the late 60s or the 70s. Got to be so bad with drug addicts people sleeping in doorways lot of people sniff glue back then I'm so happy to see that it has turned around when I read about Brooklyn I miss you so much. My grandfather have a candy store on 5th Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Street it was so much fun back then now that I'm in my sixties I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina I just wish I owned oh my parents Island 1 of them Brownstones. I remember my parents paying a $150 a month for rent in a roach-infested apartment now the apartment goes for one-and-a-half million
Highlights - definitely that gorgeous staircase, the fireplaces and the fishtank. Weird the kitchen was shoved back in the corner. Especially after seeing the huge living and dining space.
I hope that the owner composed the music for the video .Beautiful house, so well maintained, kids and pets friendly and even aquarium in the basement .
You know that horrible sound that the needle makes when it's dragged across a record? That's what I hear in my head when I see a gorgeous Victorian decorated with absurd modern furniture.
beautiful home with old bones but if I had the money I would do a total gut renovation keep some of the wood finishes and make some of it modern inside....
The original woodwork in this house is amazing and the basement is awesome.

This house is Amazing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😅😅😅🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
This home needs antiques
Glad they kept the original woodwork. Furnishings seem a bit modern
It's Gorgeous & spacious! Great area to live if you can afford it!
Oh my God this house is my dream
Gorgeous place, but I hate seeing modern design forced upon beautiful, traditional architecture. It makes me nauseous.

I agree but I love that sofa!!
Que hermosa casa
The flow of the house is off. The first kitchen seems to be in an awkward spot for one.
Nice recording studio downstairs. Near Factory 232.
So cool!
This is nice.
Just an address and day to move in are what I need
Real Estate for apartments is frustrating
Huge
Too many stairs.

Ew no
You would absolutely NOT do that!! Ugh!!
Modern up against traditional looks ridiculous. That house looks like it has an identity issue
Not my style
