I don’t get why you have to munch the cassava and plantain separately before putting them together. You could have munched appropriate portions of cassava and plantain together from the beginning. You should have talked about parts and service in Ghana for repairs and maintenance.

Please do not buy this machine. The fufu will be full of lumps, and will become like porridge. It will never be smooth. You will be disappointed. I bought one, and I have been unable to make good fufu. Please do not buy this machine.
