I love getting ideas when chefs do this series; I'm going to try the tuna salad on rice. Also, petition to give her a cameo on Mrs. Maisel, she has the sparkly energy for it.
This video reminded me of canned tuna and cooked rice coquettes I used to make as a teenager, they were covered in bread crumbs and pan fried, so good! I"ll have to make that again :)

Highly recommend trying smooth peanut butter with the dates, adding roasted and salted peanut bits, covering them in chocolate and enjoying them straight out of the freezer! Tastes like Snickers but better

Love, love, love Carla, a Ray of sunshine! She is like the best friend that you laugh so much with that you cry/laugh and your sides hurt and you get just a little bit hysterical and slap-happy. That's why I like the videos with her and Molly Baz too, together they are a riot (mozzarella making in Italy, anyone remember).
