It worked!!!!! I just wanna let everyone know Lindey is the shit :) I've been listing more than I ever have, sending ridiculously big offers, editing listings, lowering prices, sharing listings, etc and *nothing* worked. But then I remembered Lindey said before about refreshing listings and I just didn't know what I could change on every single listing at once but I found this newer video and I tried upping all my prices by $0.01 and OMG it worked!!!! About 10 minutes later I *finally* got a sale 🥰 Ughhhhh I'm so excited thank you so much! I was trying so hard to revive my store and I was losing all my motivation and hope so I really needed this. I've done like 5 happy dances lol.

Every morning I look for items ending that day....I end and sell similar to those items. Then I do a full store restore of my store.

I did this with a bunch of my listings and my sales dropped off a cliff. Not trying it again.

I absolutely agree with this! I was sick a week or so ago and did not list or refresh listings at all. I went from selling about 3-5 items a day to only 3 items throughout the whole 7 days I was sick. There is definitely some truth to this theory!
Next time is better putting on vacation your store and you do not need to list nothing

Is it work for individual seller who don’t have store?
Two things I do is use the "ending today" to choose which items to tweak and lower the price 10 cents so if I see its coming back to the original price it has been up for 10 months. And see what is wrong and make MAJOR changes or pull the item.

You can also just hit submit and not change anything and it still refreshes the items. Ebay still thinks you made changes.
If I don't have anything to list for 30 to 60 days... can I keep refreshing my store in bulk editing and going up by 1¢ daily to my listing every day and that will keep me active in the eBay system
Every once in a while I'll call eBay and ask for an item refresh. I know I can do it myself -- but somehow it seems to cause more action on my listings when they do it. Not sure why--it is supposed to be the same thing.

Then you have to wait up to 24hrs to get it back up. What's the since of that? We are wasting half our monthly fees refreshing our store
eBay does not publish the start date of the item! This is a huge problem. We have no idea how long an item has been on the site

How many listings do you list per day?
Cassini makes up this activity BS. To the buyer it doesn't matter. Before 2013 when Cassini was introduced, you could just put things on Ebay and not worry about it. They apply these rules that are based on replenishable style listings. Those of us who sell good quality used items like clothes are punished by Cassini. That said, you have to refresh your store to defeat the BS from Cassini. I did an experiment last year where I stopped refreshing old listing and my sales plummeted. Lesson learned. I don't agree with the way Cassini applies these rule, but I do refresh listings in order to increase sales. It's a sad busy work thing that Ebay does to use sellers that doesn't really produce real results. We do it because Cassini says we have to. Before Cassini, you didn't have to, so nobody did and sales still happened! So, I hate it, but it is necessary with Cassini!

Does anyone have any advice on how to track "lost" listings that don't re-list after 30 days? One in a while, an item doesn't get re-listed and gets deleted off my store. Doesn't show up on the Ended or Unsold categories either.
This happens to me also. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to recover them.
Can you cite any positive results from tweaking old, stale listings? I can understand the benefit of a "new" listing, but what about the value of numbers of visits, favorites, etc? Do you lose some benefits by tweaking? Or not? Thank you.
Ebay sent notification if there are any watcher and let they know than the listing is realist again.
None of these you tubers will have actual data behind these tips. This space is similar to the gym / workout bros that live and die by the wives tales.
Is this a good thing to do for those of us who are “individual” sellers or just for those who have EBay stores?

@@mireya526 wow. I didn't know that. I have a basic store. It's like $5 a month for 250 listings. So I have to pay for the next store above basic to get the benifit of all this? If I'm not selling I vanity afford $20+ $ a month. Ugh. :(
@@brianwaldron4653 you need to check the information about what is better for you, and some programs you can to pay separate for the benefits but I think is you pay it for that better to pay for other store . And if you think is logical when you have a big inventory you need more control like inventory and automatic system but if you do not you don’t need it. That is what it is

I’ve edited, refreshed and nothing happened.
Everytime I bulk edit, ebay automatically relists sold items..and it is a b%*&* to cancel orders and explain to them without making them want to leave the ebay platform altogether.
Why selling on eBay? Isn't eBay taking advantage of small sellers plus the reputation of scams.
Ebay takes advantage of all sellers. They do not discriminate. Eg. now charging a final value fee on sales tax collected from buyer. Even though you do not get the sales tax, you still pay a FVF on it.
They are partial to the mega whale sellers and tend to crap on "smaller" sellers more.
What ruined it was the good till canceled till this is changed ebays a joke
