- A Walking Tour of a Very Desirable Bulgarian Village
This is A Walking Tour in December of a Very Desirable Village for Ex-pats Moving to Bulgaria. For those of you who watch my channel - you will know that we own two homes here. One is in the Rose valley - I’ve already done a walking tour of this village. The other one is in a village close to the Black Sea. We use this mainly as a holiday home.
The name of the villages Dyulovo.
There are two villages in Bulgaria with this name - this is the one close to the Black Sea. For anyone thinking of moving to Bulgaria, this is one of the most desirable villages. Not only has it got a good infrastructure and a good mayor - but the people here are friendly and welcoming to Expats. There is a growing Expat community, not just English, but also Germans and other nationalities.  The Village is also in close proximity to the major city of Burgas - with hospitals, shopping facilities, cetera. And also close to the holiday resorts of Sunny Beach, Nesebar, and Siozipol.  Thia is the village where we purchased our home for under £20,000.

I am Bulgarian and following your videos .I am from Varna but was born in one of the richest village in Bulgaria General Toshevo.This village is host of the richest grain producers🥰in Bulgaria.

@@specialistcarmarketing a lot of people over here don’t use agents - There are a number of groups on Facebook of people selling property themselves. If you just look on Facebook, there are quite a few House for sale groups😊

Can I ask how you come across your home ?
Yes of course! If you are interested in buying property here, then there are a number of Facebook groups you can join. Most people do not advertise with an estate agent as they don’t want to pay the fees. This one was through an estate agent, but that Isn’t the norm here I would say. There are a large number of cheap properties here - but do be careful - don’t buy without seeing one, even though it’s very tempting! I or at least get someone else to view it for you - which is actually something my husband does if it’s in our area. I have a blog page on buying property here if you are interested. Can you recommend me a couple of small towns in Bulgaria?
😃Well we love Karlovo - that’s a lovely small town, surrounded by mountains.and Nesebar is gorgeous - on the Black Sea - but very quiet in winter time😊

Are there any houses for sale in your village ?
Hi Eddie - yes - but they are individual people selling them. They tend not to put them up with estate agents.😊 anaesthetic agent that may have some on his books is “Bulgarian properties”😊🥰
@@Escapetoasimplerplaceandtime Thank you , I have a house near Veliko Tarnovo, I like it , but bought it mainly to get Bulgarian residency, it was very cheap. I would like to buy a property nearer to the Black sea coast . Any other towns that you think have reasonable prices closer to the coast ?
