Overall, I am a disciplined, creative, productive, yet very humble person. Break it down into smaller goals and achieve one after another. You will lose focus on the big goal and fail with adhd.
If it doesn't work, break it down into even smaller goals.

Being honest, the only form of dealing with ADHD that works in long term and can get you out of drugs that will damage your brain is doing something you love, make sense and have meaning. I have struggled enough, learned that the hard way.
I spent three days in silence, refocus myself at a monastery, re evaluated my life , no computer, t.v. or phone, meditation was/ is my goal during this time, came back different, knowing my priorities
