Man, your machine needs air, and lots of it...I know today's electronics can last while being hot, but dude your heating your apartment here. I use a i7 6700k and gtx 680 and the cpu never reaches 50C and is 24C on idle. GPU never more than 60 and 28 on idle. 4 input fans and as much on output will do it. Your CPU fan is running much too fast, no air goes in because of excessive turbulence...mine never goes over 1000 rpm and CPU keeps cool as a cucumber. No overclock at 4.2 GHz though. No OC on GPU either. Memory at 3200 MHz. If you are running at very high OC, it still would not explain the high idle temps...just saying.
I know I was having a problems with the water cooling I called xidax to have them check it under stress and the water cooling unit was falling they sent me a new one and cuz the CPU hit max there sending a new one to replace that also. yay to a lifetime warranty on all parts lol.
