You ought to consider at least 10 weeks before moving into the home, allowing it to dry out, cracks may appear so it’s easier to fix the repair without furniture. Just my view and experience

We built where we have as my partner of 25+ years owned the land. It is a small rural cimmunity, but close to tiwn and is and feel safe - nevef any trouble. Lamd is wastva problembas it was already owned by my partner. Retiring here 10 years ago was a bit different & simpler, nut I have had no problems - just follow thr requiremets of Govt agencies when doing any transaction. Have lots of patience - thinks can seem odd and time consuming - but a reality of thailand

@@richardhaughton4303 yes - we will not be moving in for at least 3 more months. It been 5 & 6 weeks since the house walls were rendered.
Could you please tell me the name of the ceiling insulation (silver colour) before the gypsum board was fitted, thank you 😊
