@@SmokeStackLightning. no he didn’t the hide and seek story has been debunked she lied in her initial interrogation, they both got high on drugs and then she told him to get inside the suitcase to see if he “fits” she zipped him inside realized he was stuck, taunted him and then left him to die while she went into a drug induced deep sleep for 4-5 hours before waking up and calling 911. This channel is good for unseen footage but they don’t always have updated information.
Sexual abuse? She was quick to tell the cops all about their lives, but fails to mention the sexual abuse she now claiming?
The more women falsely accuse this happening is why so many don't believe women who report actual abuse and its sickening!

Win, lose, or draw, Owens will make money off the publicity. Interviews, book and movie deals, the reoccurring legal analyst gig on Court TV or CNN. That's why he took the case. He knew it was a hopeless cause, but he saw Sarah's desperation as she tried to act as her own attorney. She was over her head and would take anyone to defend her. So Owens comes in riding on a big white horse and takes the case, agreeing to whatever she wants, including legal strategy, motions, and witnesses. When she gets sentenced to life in prison, and she will, he can say, "I did everything you wanted me to do, Sarah."
The good news is, changing her defense from "it was not intentional" to "it was intentional, battered spouse syndrome" means she can forget about an appeal. Rot in the Florida Women's Prison System Sarah Boone.

I wouldn’t say the last line was left out. It was just phrased differently. Instead of saying, “do you understand these rights? And with these rights in mind want to talk to me anyway?” It’s phrased, “do you understand what I just read?” And “has anyone threatened you or promised you anything to get you to talk to me?” And Sarah answered yes. And as far as hair and makeup, a hair cut yes, but she doesn’t get a professional makeup artist. Tinted moisturizer and mascara and call it a day.

100% Correct IMO-there is so much contradicting from Sarah, she kept bailing him out after calling the police, restraining order, yet she came and got him, even went to his court hearings, she didn't sound afraid in the video & I don't think her MR were violated, she volunteered everything. My gut says she thought she could talk her way out and go home, because she said it was unintentional over & over again, she fell asleep, that isn't her defending herself.

This is infuriating. Jorge lost his life in a horrific and tragic way, and this piece of work has the audacity to ask for a professional to do her hair and makeup for court. I despise the fact that her trial has gotten so much attention, because she literally feels like a celebrity. I can only imagine what this is doing to Jorge’s family SMDH

I don’t think she could have physically put him in that suitcase. I believe Jorge wasn’t the sharpest tool in the toolbox and got in that suitcase voluntarily not thinking Sarah wouldn’t him help out. They were both drunk. She used the opportunity to “pay him back” for his past behavior. However, she had the opportunity to let him out and she didn’t. She’s going to be convicted and spend many years in prison.
It’s possible as payback she told Jorge you gotta go down the stairs in the suitcase, and him being drunk accepted. Like “this will be fun” he’s not the smartest. And she subsequently refused to let him out.
@@RedpilllivingI believe the detectives did say they were both laughing in the beginning of the videos but then it changed. So after we see the entire video we will understand if he willingly got in (which I believe bc it would be an effort to get him in if he was unconscious)
@@RedpilllivingJorge absolutely did NOT get into the suitcase on his own. Sarah got the suitcase out of the closet, stuffed Jorge into it, and pushed the suitcase down the stairs. This occurred during a HUGE verbal altercation the two of them had upstairs. In all likelihood, Sarah used her son’s baseball bat to knock him out. Remember the blunt force trauma Jorge suffered to his head? Anyway, Jorge was slight in stature, so Sarah could have easily put him into the piece of luggage. (Listen to Vincent’s testimony. He lived next door and shared a common wall with them.) When Jorge regained consciousness, Sarah sat herself down and started filming.
@@bellab9286The detectives were simply repeating what Sarah had told them about the laughing. Trust me, there was NO laughing on that fateful evening from either one of them. And, the ENTIRE video was published to TH-cam. There is no additional footage. What will be interesting to see is the video from Publix. BOTH Sarah and Jorge were at Publix to buy the first bottle of wine. Jorge went by himself to purchase the second bottle a few hours later. The prosecution has the receipts and the videos from both transactions. Hopefully the video is good enough to show that Jorge did not have ANY injuries earlier in the day. Sarah is sooooooo screwed.

The battered spouse defense being used by her is a slap in the face to actual victims of DV. A person that has been victimized by an abusive partner would NEVER sit and antagonize their abuser out of fear. Let’s play devil’s advocate and say he got out of the suitcase…he would have definitely had a negative reaction to being locked up and taunted like she did to him. Yet, Sarah goes upstairs and goes to bed like it is nothing. A person suffering from abuse would have definitely left the house and not waited around to see the outcome. It is infuriating that they are putting this charade out there and rubbing salt into the wounds of Jorge’s family and friends.

It's rediculous this notion her attorney is presenting as if it's HIS case. It's SARAH BOONES'S case and only she herself is to blame for the now limited time he has to "properly prepare." He knew the judges ruling on that prior to agreeing to take it for notoriety. For him to rely on the assumption he could get an extension after all of her shenanigans is her own problem, her own consequences on her own defense. The degree of narcissism & self entitlement in & of itself says alot about her intent.

I absolutely think she struck him in the head because he had a contusion, then she stuffed him in the suitcase herself, kicked it down the stairs and started recording. I used to drink heavily when I was younger, so I can see how she forgot she recorded those videos. I also think she's just an abusive person, look how many lawyers she went through, case and point. There's no way she should get off. I can't imagine the feeling of being trapped in a suitcase and the person that claims to love me just lets me suffocate to death. Only a monster of a person would do that.

Self defense, sure, Jan! She was so terrified that thinking he could get out (which she stated repeatedly) she went to bed knowing how angry he'd be once he got out. She always ran to her ex. Brian, but was so afraid she stayed. She feared for her life so much that she didn't call for help. Her lawyers are doing her bidding, there is no other shot so why not but it will fail. Professional hair and make up? Sarah's not entitled to preferential treatment but again her lawyers know there's no dealing or rationalizing with Sarah. Best to present it and let the court take the brunt of her fury. Owens is in it for the notoriety. He's on Court tv, he's suddenly famous thus he's not rocking the boat. Unfortunately for him, if and when they lose the case Sarah will still blame him because narcissists can never accept blame or responsibility.

She claimed he stabbed, well, then said "poked" her in the back of the leg, had surgery, but had to go back 4 or 5 times for them to tend to it. It sounds like it kept getting infected, probably from her being drunk all the time & not taking care of it. Maybe she didn't clean herself enough.

I watched the interrogation of Sarah Boone. The two officers doing the interrogation was one of the worst I had ever seen laptop that went dead, constant coughing, interrupting her while she was talking. It was just horrendously done.

I don’t think either party is innocent however, that man did not deserve to die in the manner that he did as far as a domestic violence goes I think it went both ways. How could police officers be so dumb as to not properly read the miranda rights? This is a huge case and they can't read her rights properly? If the vidoes get thrown out because they didn't do their job properly, the officers need to be fired and never work law enforcement again. Complete neglect of duty.

They had an alcohol fueled relationship which never ends well. Jorge probably battered Sarah but in the end he was zipped into a suitcase while she taunted and tortured him while he begged to be let out. If she was fearful of what he would do to her after she let him out she could have called police to let him out and escort him off the premises. I don't think her leaving him in the suitcase overnight while she passed out drunk in bed is going to fly as a battered spouse defense with the jury no matter how many experts testify on her behalf. I believe the jury will be as horrified as we have all been.
