    This is insane! I've been suffering from upper back pain and a shooting pain in my right arm for weeks now. I have been doing the ball in the sock trick for years. I did find very tender knots around the shoulder blade and I thought I had found the culprit but no avail. I watched this video and decided to use the ball with my frontal muscles (chest) and OW OW AND OW I finally found the source!! Even saw Satan in his underwear and the pain diminished just like that. Theres still work to do as I have horrible posture but I can't thank you enough for your advice.

    Dear Dr. Rowe, I had a lot of pain in neck and shoulder due to desk job. Usually first 1 hr of sitting I am fine, but afterwards it starts paining in the trap area and neck. I have improved sitting posture now and after doing your initial exercises I am completely pain free !!! I guess I was always suffering from muscle knots in trapezoid area. How many times a day we are supposed to do these exercises ? or can we do whenever there is pain ? Thanks for sharing Dr. I appreciate your help and support.

      Im having scholiosis and it turned my chest ribs to the side, i have a bigger muscle than the other between the shoulder blades n the spine, its really big on one side that the other. Working for it but idk like more techniques for releasing this. That muscle grew by my fault, always trying to straighten it by rotating outsideand pushing back, it just grew. Shit i shouldve done it for both but i never thought it would make it grow. Its like i worked out only one muscle on a side. I also think that im internally rotated with the shoulder and trying always to get them back where they came from, back n down

      nleippe Thank you for your comment, I have just slowly started getting into a more meat diet, I was never one for veg anyway!

    • @nleippe
      @nleippe 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LionTheHeart Let me reiterate, by carnivore diet I don't mean just more meat. I mean only meat. No plant matter. There's a significant difference between still eating some plants and eating zero plants. As an elimination diet you do the experiment to get back to a baseline, which could take 30-90 days, or maybe even longer depending on your body's response. Only after getting back to a baseline would you attempt to add back in any non-animal food to see how you react. Without getting to a baseline first, you won't be able to tell what affects you and what does not. So just "more meat" won't really cut it. Only eating only meat will get you to a baseline from which you can begin to discover what actually causes your symptoms. Good people to search would be Kevin Stock, Dr Shawn Baker, or Dr Cywes.

    Sometimes if I turn my neck too quickly or maybe sleep on my stomach with my arms extended above my head, I'll feel a sudden sharp pain in a small area, usually in the shoulder area right below the neck, typically on one side (just to the left of the spine). It feels like pins or maybe a deep burn. If I slowly turn my head back center or lower my arms, the pain will start to ease off. It almost feels like a cramp or spasm releasing, but it'll kind of burn for a few minutes and then feel fine. Is that a knotted muscle? It doesn't feel like a typical pulled muscle.

    For the last few weeks, I have been using this video almost daily to relieve a severe spasm in my left trapezius that also caused my neck to stiffen. This video, plus Voltaren gel and Advil Muscle & Joint formulation in the first couple of weeks, has just about healed the spasm. I should mention that the Voltaren and Advil were recommended by my GP, who also recommended physiotherapy, but I didn't want to do that in the middle of a pandemic.
