Yeah I saw that. Happens all the time to people that race in the city, especially near or during rush hour. They need to open more tracks for road course work in a lot of states. I don't think people(cities/cops) realize the extent that they could cut down street racing simply by making affordable road course time available to drivers. This would take them working a deal with track owners for a solution, sadly not likely to happen. I personally try to keep it at the track, but to each his own.
@CivicSiGuy2007 lol those little turbo tc's are quick got beat by a car length in my 98 cobra(pretty much stock). he was boosting a good bit but still those things are light and quick.
Stock for stock with 07+ tC vs the new Si, both drivers being good the Si will win. I have beat many Si with my 09 tC because most Si drivers can't drive and the newer tC's aren't far off of an Si's power mark even though the hp numbers say different. I think the slow stigma came from the fact that the 05/06 motor was weak and tC of those years are alot slower. The 07+ tC's have a revised head, Cam, increased redline, and a bump in compression. Power now peaks at redline instead of around 5200
I wanted to be more specific but the response has limits. With those mods you should have been able to take an Si possibly even with the passengers in your car. Si's are overrated, I was always a GM/Honda guy and I looked at an 09 Si I didn't like it. I plan on boost as well either a Dezod or TT kit. tC's do extremely well with boost. You know what happened thats all that matters. I used to get flamed because my slightly modded 04 isuzu Rodeo DI took out RSX's. People believe only what they want

my tc is an 07 r.s 3.0, at that point i only had an intake n catback connection..
now my tc is turbocharged.

my tc has 305 hp now with headers, injen intake, yokohoma raing wheels, and twin turbo!
