This band made of of the greatest albums I have ever heard. Highest praise for all involved. Wrecking Ball ranks right there with Exile and Blond on Blond to me.
What a voice, what integrity, her body of work is a national treasure. Over the years, the fabulous musicians she attracts to her bands are a testament - check out The Hot Band, The Nash Ramblers and of course, Spyboy.
The Maker is the song recorded and written by Daniel Lanois and the ending tune for Billy Bob Thorton's "Slingblade" The whole soundtrack is great and has tunes from other Artist. Get It today!!!
The original drummer on the maker was a groove record by the Neville brother drummer Willie green lanois it was made by green for a Neville song voodoo lanois fall for the groove and use that funky groove track on other song too

Word. One of my fav discs ever, Wrecking Ball, and the live shows with Spyboy really did it justice. I think the Spyboy live CD doesn't begin to capture how great they were unfortunately.
