Ren has said that he always had this feeling that he was meant to change the world for the better. So much that he defiantly yelled a challenge to evil into an empty room. And then he got sick…
Ren has now shared the full story of his health journey in 8 video chapters leading up to the release of this song and what a journey it has been. If anyone hasn’t already watched them, I highly recommend you do. With all the chapters he is showing immense strength in sharing his story that is so hard to tell, being vulnerable and telling it because he hopes it will help others and raise awareness. And here he is with another rendition of that story, now told through music with a fire beat and delivering a message of hope. A beautiful hero that the world needs ❤️🐰🕳️

Allergies are terrible. Natural things that can help are finding a local farmers market that sells local honey. Eating a spoonful of it every day incorporates the local pollen into your immune system and can help reduce the body’s response to it by not producing histamines.
Best shout is probably 6000 IU’s of Vit D every day for fighting inflammation, for a normal size man more if you’re fat. ( Don’t confuse IU’s with Micro grams because that would be very dangerous)!

For your allergies, put snake plants throughout your home. Great air filters. My son has terrible allergies and that helps more than any meds he’s taken over the years.

Please...hear this.....ALLERGIES are OFTEN (if not USUALLY) related to AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE. IDK your situation and don't want to come off preachy...I'm trying to say...please don't dismiss your suffering as you are obviously "dealing" with symptoms holding you back like; ..not going outside or otherwise not involved because of something. its treatable in many cases. True...Not the effects of Lyme's disease or the other ailments mentioned in Ren;s video...but YOU ARE IMPORTANT TOO.
PLEASE see a medical professional...THEY AREN'T ALL BAD.
