- Dzukill is a challenger Yasuo main who decided to try Yone top to see if he could get to Challenger. This is his story.
This video is part LoL Analysis showing you how to play Yone in season 11, including Yone Build season 11, Yone runes season 11, Yone skill order and some challenger yone Tips, including Yone top lane. @@holywatermuffin7772 I know it was already answered but yes, Yone was in LOR before he was released in League. Just like Senna was added in LOR as a non-champion unit because she was not in league at the time of the Card's development. Yone is also not a champion unit at the moment.
I always pronounced it "Youn" because when I first read the lore I read it that way, I then found a lore channel called Necrit and he pronounced it that way too and I never heard anyone pronounce it "Yo-Ne" until the card game pronounced it "Yo-Ne." I tried to pronounce it right when Yone came out but honestly I'm so used to calling him "Youn" that I don't know if I'll ever pronounce it "Yo-Ne."

@@jsc1jake512 The character is of Japanese origins... the spelling uses the hiragana 'yo' pronouced "yoh" and 'ne' pronounced "neh" .."youn" is definitely wrong based on character design/origin, but idk if it rlly matters? lol

Na. This Game is more than that. Even if you get good enough. U still can't carry most of the time. These high ranked players who says don't find excuses. Jgl diff or mid diff are the nerds who wasted minimum +5 years of playing the game and learning everything about it just to get to a higher rank. Bruh it's such a big waste of time. Unless you're a content creator then ye. Do it and learn. Other than that i would rather spend that time learning a useful skill rather than a champion for +5 years just to get to a rank no one really gives a shit about. Very low reward

For everyone playing Yone, when you are in your E, when the mark above the enemy champion turns black and splits, the damage from E will kill them.

You should cover his Yasuo one day too, it's absolutely insane how he's able to get high challenger with Yasuo/Yone top purely through his great auto spacing.
I really like Dzukill's mindset, I think you explained it something like "it's not another player's fault if you die." (I dumbed it down a lot for simplicity) I think that's a good mindset because it prevents toxicity, a problem the game has been suffering from for a LONG time and probably at it's worst currently. Secondly because it forces you to evaluate on what you did wrong in that moment you died/made a mistake so you won't die/make that mistake next time. I envy him for his mindset, I consider myself a level-headed player for the most part but there are times I get heated and say things I tell myself I shouldn't have after the game ends and I've had time to cool down and reflect, I think I'll try to adopt his mindset too.
well yeah people need to realise it too, think about it even the best players in the world sometimes make mistakes or pro league games would be infinite, and im pretty sure they didnt get to be pros by blaming everyone else every game

Both mindsets are bad?? It's like people only deal on ultimatums. You can make mistakes in a drake teamfight while at the same time 2 of your teammates are farming top and jungle monsters, you can make an outplay and still die because all your teammates missed their skillshots or you can die for bad positioning.

3:19 there is a difference between "making horrible mistakes" and "enemy jungler lane spam ganking while the enemy laner is at your tower and your own jungler never comes to 2 vs 1"
often times the enemy jungler constantly means you are the weak side of the map which means your jungler should not come to you as they should go to your teams strong side. At that point your goal should be to ward more heavily and play extra safe. My advice would be to ward under your tower in the jungle so you can see the enemy coming to tower dive you and you can just back off. Sure you are losing ground, but their jungler is also not farming so if your jungler is doing something it's net even.
@@j.asmrgaming1228 the enemy jungler could take any untaken camps and has it easier taking objective on that side of the map
If you are dying too much there is not point in gaking, is better to try to make bot or mid get feed to win than going top and giving a double kill to the 6/0/0 darius, i say this as a top main.

U can also use Fleet footwork for a good sustain in lane. Most of Pro players are using that on Yone.

I trashed a yone as Riven yesterday... Not sure if he sucked (he was very passive) or if i just out damaged him early on and he couldn't do anything after

How a challenger toplane player got challenger with a V2 of the champ he plays
Hey HappyChimeNoises, is there a duo that have no jungle but rather have 2 bot 2mid and 1top or maybe 2top and 2bot and 1 mid, with a hyper roam strategy where they clear camps on the roam? Basically having a jungler play support in an extra lane. Would it work?
I remember playing a mid game with Yone against an Ashe supported by a Lux (they had no jg) and I was horrified, because I was forced to farm under turret with varying success, while still being harassed by both due to their range. That game I thought I was done for, because I was behind on cs and had no kills, yet once my first turret fell, my bot laners and jg actually came to relieve me, thus ending the laning phase. I used the early stages of the teamfights to catch up on cs and get a few solo kills. By the late game I was an absolute monster; I got several doubles, a triple and a quadra, I even saved some teammates from certain death by simply appearing next to them, because no one wanted to risk it. I ended the game with a 28/3/8 and it is my best Yone game to this day. This proves that if you feed in lane, it’s not your jungler’s fault or the fact that the enemy champ is “op”. Yone is not an op champ, he’s only a B tier mid-laner. I did so well because I knew how to play my champion, knowing his advantages and limitations, thus coming out on top of two champs officially higher tier than Yone

When do you sell the 2 cloaks of agility?
1 of them builds into Immortal Shield bow(Or Kraken if you choose that). The other 1 can be built into Mortal Reminder, otherwise sell it for 5th item. Keeping the 100% crit isnt that important with this build, the cloaks mostly just help with early-mid damage then become much less useful than Death's Dance for example
i just picked up yone a few days ago and i feel i have a hard time when i get bullied out of cs in lane against a borderline broken character like akshan, volibear and akali in mid.
i cannot trade with them because they hit me back harder or they just heal up or stun lock me for 70% of my hp.
Now he's rank 1 and 7 on EUW. Insanity.
Dzukill mangling the best Shen ever (Shending Help) should be enough to convince you that this guy's legit.

You might think it's that easy but it's still way too risky to go for the E for a kill if not necessary. I kid you not, in the short reactivation window that Yone's E has, a lot of champions can heal or get shielded or even level up from a minion. It sounds like a really niche scenario but trust me it happens A LOT, and it's the most unsatisfying thing ever

what is auto spacing and what's special about his? is it just attacking without letting the opponent attack you?
@@nacure360 basically the reason why most ADC are so hard to reach despite having 1 or no hard cc ability is because most of the time they tried to space their character far away from the enemy range, and Yone who build attack speed and having alot of movement speed on E gain alot of benefit from using this

Yone isn't very fun to play against mid game because shieldbow lets him heal back to half health with 2 Q on a minion
It is ok if the enemy laner outplay me 1vs1 but if I freeze lane for 5 min and the enmy jg dive me while my jg is farming I would say jg diff so far

This video was made before season 11 get roll in, the problem with pre season 11 for Yasuo and Yone is that their passive used to buff the crit chance by 100% rather than 150% after the rework, this make them weak af if they go with the normal build (which previously was including phantom dancer due to it's shield) but pre season was going against ADC directly as they seem to be too strong in previous season due to able to build IE so fast especially on Yasuo and Yone, IE then get nerf that it required 60% crit and crit also only deal 75% additional damage, which is very gold inefficient for an item that cost 3400 gold, but then Guinsoo come in to the party as some how as a saviour, created a some Yasuo 12 years old or something because I forgot the mobafire links, this fixed 2 problem, 1st now you don't have to pay that much of money, you can even build the knife that transfer crit into damage and still get the same result you build some more cloak, 2nd it removed a passive damage nerf that Yasuo and Yone has as it is basically crit but on-hit
I personally hate this meta and despite playing Yasuo and Yone at the pre season, only to get back to them nowadays

2:57 That guy believes that because he has probably never been put to play with teammates that seem to have their brains fried, i remember one ranked match that all the lanes were losing, my jungler was also becoming food for the enemy team and i was barely keeping my cs and lane against the gangs of the enemy jungle and then at some point the enemy jungler easy just fed enough to one shot me with a Karthus R if i was to go lower than 60% hp.
